As an aside, I had a similar issue where when I first installed the game on my Vista box, using Print Screen for screenshots worked fine then out of the blue just randomly stopped working.
I fixed it accidentally when I was playing with the /screenshot command.
After seeing that the captures worked that way, I tried the Print Screen button again and it seemed to have resolved the issue.

The easiest ones to get to are in Atlas Park (next to the AE building) and in Cap near the north Ferry (hero and villain side respectively)
It allows players to pretty much buy and sell *most* in game items.
Keep in mind, the prices are set by the players who are selling the items. It's not a store.
Last time I checked, Respec Recipes were selling for around 100 million influence. -
You can also purchase respec recipes at the Auction House.
Checking in some of the public channels, like VirtueUnited is a good idea too (if you haven't tried that already)

So something funny (at least I thought it was funny) happened last night during a LGTF run. Thursdays are SG nights, but we were a few people short so we had to outsource for a full time. Some of us were on Skype talking.
A little background, then the funny part:
Generally none of us play a tank and one of the PUGs we had happened to be one. I'm playing as Zombie Fryer, who is tricked out for my play style.
T: Since it's rare that we have a tank, are we going to let him take the lead and follow?
Me: (Already had activated Clarion and in the process of Pyro Judgementing the second mob in the first mission) Uhhhh seriously? You've been playing with us for how long?
T: I should have known better.
Paraphrased but more or less how it happened.

If the person you're trying to heal has negative heal on them, you will heal for a -very- small amount on them.
You can test that with an AoE heal during the green phase.
Some people will be healed for full value while others won't. -

On Virtue we have the issue during the Hami raids. In fact, lag has been so bad, many of the regular leaders have decided to stay away from the raids until it's fixed.
We've encountered the lag and crashing regardless of using the League system. League lag has been worse than non-league, but non-league is still pretty bad.
I hope whatever's wrong is fixed soon. I miss mah Hamidon ;-; -

As I was thinking about it, you'll also need to copy over any saved costumes or AE custom critters.

You will most likely have to reset all of your graphic/audio settings in-game.
Things like chat binds -should- carry over. I'm pretty sure those are stored server side.
