Example.
SuperHero on Victory moves to Virtue.
Virtue already has a toon named SuperHero.
Victory's SuperHero will be asked to rename themselves after the transfer.
So, if you're moving a toon, and don't like its name anymore, you create a dummy toon on the recipient server with the same name, and boom - free rename token.

So I recently decided to move two more of my long term characters from the Victory Server over to Virtue (and I also wanted to rename them, so before transferring them over I created ashcan toons to occupy those names so my transferred toons would be eligible for a free rename as well.)
One of my characters I decided to strip entirely of her lore, her looks, and her name - and I got to admit - it's refreshing to take a level 39 toon and get totally "start over" in terms of their story.
