Hamidon's attacks apply a healing debuff to the target. I couldn't find a reference for you, unfortunately. The only mitigation for Hamidon is pure regeneration and Essences of Earth inspirations.
the goo itself does nothing but a small amount of -speed and +jump
hamidons and all of the mitos attacks apply a -heal on the target and the only thing to really counter that is +regen and the EoEs
also being lvl shifted does not make your heal stronger
Blue Mitos' attacks will do Fear, DoT(Special), -Recharge, -SPD, -End, -Recovery
Hami itself will do AoE Dmg(Special), Knockback, Disorient, -Heal, -Regen, -End, -Recover.
So, your Tank gets hit with those your Heal wont have much effect.
If the person you're trying to heal has negative heal on them, you will heal for a -very- small amount on them.
You can test that with an AoE heal during the green phase.
Some people will be healed for full value while others won't.

Or possibly Hami negates heal powers. If you don't believe the other posters, Paragonwiki says:
"The Hamidon nucleus's attack, Electrolytic Blast, incorporates most of the negative effects of all three mitochondrial attacks. It inflicts high special damage, healing resistance, endurance drain, regeneration and recovery resistance, and a chance for disorient and knockback on multiple targets within a 25' AoE."

I was doing a hami raid last night with my demon/thermal MM. I was part of the buff team for the lead tank.I was using my single target heal ,and normally it does about 395 points of healing, at one point i checked and it said I was doing 0 points of healing.
both of us was in the "goo",and he was not in full health, I understand healing is surpressed a bit in the "goo" but why so much? I was a lvl shifted 51.
