    This seems odd to me. Isn't Lighthouse's primary task the supervision of the forums? I understand that the forums are quite large and fast-paced, but it seemed to me that he should have time to post something unofficial every now and then (ala Bridger). To be clear, I am not suggesting that Lighthouse is slacking, I'm just wondering what other responsibilities he has as "Community Relations Manager."

    Then there are those of us who post incessantly no matter how much work we have.

    That's the third turnaround the Mastermind forums have had. First we thought their Force Shielf was 2.5% due to testing. Then we thought it was 7.5% based on the Prima guide. Recently, _Castle_ told us that it was 7.5*.75, and now we're back to 7.5%.

    I'm assuming that Hench 1, 2, and 3 refers to Tier 1, 2, and 3 (in terms of Henchmen)?

    _Castle_ told us that the Protector Bots (Tier 2) had a henchmen modifier of .75 for Ranged Defense Buffs. That seems to conflict with the info you're giving here.

    I have to say, I was astonished at how impacted I was after reading your post, and judging by the rest of this thread, so was everybody else. Sometimes its hard to remember that we've never met you, and that this whole thing is about a video game. But you're not just a red name on the website of our favorite game--you're one of us. You've answered our questions, joked with us, and put up with us when we've received news we didn't like. You've always been fair but firm, humorous but helpful, and there isn't one of us who won't miss you.

    Good luck with Tabule Rasa and make sure you drop by on occasion (preferably on Victory and preferably with a heads-up ).

  20. Having played several aggro-heavy Defenders, I can't stress enough my relief when I team with a Tanker who uses Gauntlet effectively. Don't get me wrong, I can Defend myself and my team, but a good Tanker who maximizes Gauntlet just makes everything easier, smoother, safer, and faster. I truly hate the fact that Tankers are so rare these days, and despite their own feelings of weakness (most likely due to their former uberness), the first AT a team looks for is a Tanker. Gauntlet is a large part of that strong demand.

  22. I have a question about the player-character Accuracy calculator. I've been trying to calculate the accuracy of my Henchmen with different combinations of to-hit buffs (Tactics, Supremacy) and enhancements. In order to do that, I add the to-hit buffs to the "Base Accuracy" cell and the enhancements to the "Accuracy Modifier," right? So assuming my Battle Drones are 3-slotted with accuracy, I'm running 3-slotted Tactics, and they're in Supremacy range, the grand total for to-hit buffs is around 25%, which I add to the base accuracy (75%) and change it to 100%. Then I add the 96% (or so) value of the accuracy enhancements to the Acc mod cell and get the final accuracies.

    Right?
