You cant buy Enh of any kind over level 50. You have to get them as loot from Critters. Different Critters drop different Origins of Enh. Defeating an AV or Hero will get you a random SO Enh of your Characters Origin three levels higher than the AV or Hero.

U cant purchase SO's above 50. You'd need to run some rather hefty missions against tough foes to get some.....like say the Recluse Strike Force. Great way to get 51 and above SO's.
Also the only ones I've ever gotten above 50 are Endurance Reduce, Recharge boost, Accuaracy and Damage.
Before couple days i've got ( heal & Fear Duration ) SO's lvl 51's and i was running paper missions
