Any decent build you'll 1 slot (rech) or 2 (1 rech, 1 end) unless you only SO/common IO then 2-3 rech is what you'll need.

Either way is going to annoy some players, so I believe they put it back to 'the way it was' until a superior fix could be put in place. Arguements hold weight on both sides. I prefer the 'no prompt', but alas, I suspect, we will get a prompt option sometime...just, as always, requires patience. -

The most underrated and underused is a Warshade. I'm serious.
Eclipse: Best burst endurance drain in the game.
Nova Form: Good ranged damage.
Dwarf: Good survivability and negates web nades when used.
Quasar: Highest Mag KB in the game.
Inherent TP is great for unpredictable evasion.
You get toggle that grants both stealth and perception.
A well slotted warshade can hold its own against anything, and destroy any MMs. -

freedom - probably has the highest skill level(not saying much) and population(still has lots of retards like other servers)
virtue - low skill, bads, lots of dorks, fight clubs, decent population, dorks, rping, nerds, low skill, I could probably beat anyone from virtue with my eyes closed while doing taxes and with no RAM in my computer
champion - low skill level, bads, no population, highest percentage of paint chip eaters compared to any other server(based on a scientific study done by Professor S.M.D. Volund), home of twixt(greatest pvper in coh history)
justice - #fight club professionals aka bunch of aspie baddos, i'm sure a lot of the population of this server likes to listen to DRAGON FORCE since it is very honorable music that doesn't run from other music in 1v1s and doesn't use insps
