Rik'Tas is my radiation/psy defender, and Devoted Healer is my empathy/energy defender. Put which ever one you need on the roster, and I'll bring it.

I have a few good characters that could fill in a spot.
For snipe team, I could bring my emp/energy defender - cheap set IO build, can at most keep fortitude on 5 people.
For general support, I have a rad/psy defender - purpled IO build, can keep accelerate metabolism and vengeance (with a sacrifice) on.
I also have a few scrappers for damage - spines/dark (my main) and a soft-capped claws/SR. -

I have that in a bind .txt file; it's supposed to turn every small and medium inspiration, except for purple and oranges, into a red insp. The only problem is that medium blues don't turn into medium red.
I tested just the problem part, and it works, but it doesn't work when in the larger bind file. -
Can I get a PM with the vent info? I haven't been playing much because it's kinda boring playing solo or pug-ing.

Counters work best for me, plus 4 color options are available (rustic, white, wooden, gray).

Say wha? This is actually true? I saw that Mids was adjusting the proc numbers on my Claws/Regen but I thought it was an error, and went into the database to make the Uniques unenhanceable. I thought all procs were static bonuses...

This also works on the +recovery of Miracle and Numina's, but the only power I know of that takes both end mod enhancers and heals is drain psyche. -
Instead of darkest night for scrappers, I'd like to get tar patch - maybe an overall lesser version of it.

Spines/dark because it was a real [4kids] to get to 50 with it, but with heavy investment, it's become an awesome living AoE. Spines/dark scrappers are pretty rare at level 50, too, so it has a bit of a unique factor.

Yeah, didn't you know that? It's their tier 10 power, right after inferno. -
Shouldn't the super leader information be under a heading of "Super group" rather than "Bases"?
Reason is that SGs without bases will be affected by it as well. -
It cost around 29 million prestige for the base. Those guys were just awesome at getting prestige.

Not sure if these were mentioned, but as a reminder that defenders exist (even though I'm a scrapper):
AM= Accelerate Metabolism (radiation; does too many things)
SB= Speed Boost (kinetics; the thing that makes you attack faster); is sometimes called speed
RA= Recovery Aura/Regeneration Aura (empathy; the dinner bell for the starving)
AB= Adrenalin Boost (empathy; uberized version of speed boost and is usually given to the tanker of the team)
CM= Clear Mind (empathy; like a break free inspiration)
Fort= Fortitude, this should be obvious enough (empathy; buffs attacks)
FF= Force Field
