Sounds like the forum guy is a jack-of-all-trades, next week's postponement will be because he's busy changing light bulbs, cleaning toilets, and degreasing the canteen
  4. for my Prot Bots I have 2x 52+ Nucleus HOs, Sovereign Right triple (x5 bossted) and unique, and 2 x5 boosted Def IOs
  5. well something is out of whack, because I've been playing close to 5 years and yet my account says 2yrs 5mnths. I have up to the 4yr vet badge though.
  6. yup. It also means that you can perma Hasten at 180% global recharge using only 2 slots, instead of needing 3

Hasten with 180% global rech, 3 slotted. and no booster = 118.7s recharge
Hasten with 180% global rech, 2 slotted. and both IOs boosted x5 = 119.7s recharge = 1 free slot

In the case of my Widow's build which has 176.25% global rech, boosting the 3 recharge IOs in Hasten meant I didn't have to find another Purple set
  7. Yes, mids does incorporate boosters. Just select whichever enhancement you want to boost (r-click) and then press ctrl + how ever many times you're going to boost it by. There is also an option to set all enhancements to +5 under the slots / enhancements menu.

  8. Grew up to the Pern series, and still read it every so often. I even have the PC game floating around somewhere... will have to re-play it as a homage. Thoroughly enjoyable books at any age imo.

You'll be missed, but your stories will never die.
  9. The fog of war resetting is a known issue.

I've found that actually quitting out of the game and then restarting, instead of logging out to character selection works for me.
  10. Bad Idea: Having debuffs that only affect self

    Good Idea: Fixing Pet AI

I've been toying with for my SS/Inv brute's build quite a bit recently, and came up with the following stats:

    Def:
    45.1 S/L
    38.9 F/C/E/N
    18.4 Psi

    Resist:
    63.7 S/L
    29.2 F/C
    20.9 E/N
    3 Psi

81.25% global recharge; no hasten; double stacked rage
Spiritual Alpha to perma DP (toying with the idea of going Agility though)

I went with CJ / SJ, but you could swap them for hover/fly, and replace stealth with afterburner

  12. I sense that the worthless purples etc will shoot up in price on the market, as people buy these to convert
  13. use /releasepets command

It's a known bug that's been around for a few years now

With regards to Bots, all 6 of them do this randomly, adapting to it is basically spamming "goto defensive" every 15 seconds, which gets really irritating if you're in long fights. If it wasn't for the fact that you have to target the location, I'd have had it on auto fire.

My alternative way of adapting to it has been to play another non-MM character, so that I can keep my sanity.

  16. RMTers remind me of Harry the Haggler in Life of Brian:

    Stones, sir?

Naah. They've got a lot there, lying around on the ground.

Oh, not like these, sir. Look at this. Feel the quality of that. That's craftsmanship, sir.
  17. well seeing as vet respecs are account wide, simple solution would be to claim all account emails then logout and back in and check system messages.
  18. would be best to post them in the relevant AT build threads tbh.
  19. In the last couple of Issue releases, I have had to start decreasing my GFX settings before doing any missions/TF/SF/Trials that contain outdoor maps. Anything that requires teaming or leaguing often causes me to crash, where as prior to i20 I had no issues at all on outdoor maps, teamed or solo. Even dropping my GFX settings does not completely prevent crashing. Soloing on outdoor maps causes power activation and animation lag spikes.

Now I've also noticed whilst on these outdoor maps, quite often the audio will start crash looping. It's worse on iTrials, but I've also experienced it when soloing on my MM. In fact most of my iTrial / TF crashes had audio crash loops just before the inevitable happened, usually just as I had activated Howling Twilight on a vast number of mobs, or any other AoE that amplifies its sound when more mobs are hit.

I get the feeling that it's the audio that is causing the huge lag spikes, random crashes etc on outdoor maps rather than gfx.

btw my audio card is an ASUS Xonar DS
  20. when you login to a character, the system chat message should tell you how many respecs and tailor sessions you have available for that character
