Fitness. Speed, Fighting, and Concealment is always an option.
That's what I did with my old BS/Regen scrapper. You don't NEED leaping.
Tough and if you can fit resilience bumps you to 33-36% resistance. It helps quite alot. -

Hyper Ai: Hyper Stealth, Hyper Kai.

Epsilon: Epsilon Assasin, Epic-Fail Epsilon.
Conflict and Macskull ofcourse.
Those are honestly the only people I consider to be "Top PvPers". That's from me observing them within the past 6 months.

Actually regens have less resists than squishies, so they tend to take more damage from sharks than anybody else in the game. But they also have more HP, so it's not that bad for them.
As far as OP, MA/regen is definitely a great beginner build. -

Caltrops basically makes stalkers useless, because the sharks won't do much with a lot of HP and heals.
I mean sure, AS hits a bit harder and is 75% unresisted but... a Spirit Shark from hide with build up is plenty of damage. -
I was worried that after Hurricane would knock foes back the Zombies would spam ranged attacks, but I hope they would run towards the enemies.
Also, Life drain slotted is a 20% heal to you, beats Aid Self anyday heh. -
Well, I decided to take /Storm as my secondary.
The only problem I have now is deciding on my primay heh.
I'm not sure if hurricane is good for Necro, because it would push the enemies away from my pets, who are a melee type. -
Mac, you're devoting too much of your time to this idiot. It's not worth it because his mentality towards PvP won't change.

I have the primary picked out, I will go Necro. However, I'm unsure about a secondary.
My plans include PvP once the MM hits 50 but I'm really stuck on a secondary. I have been thinking about this for 2 days now heh.
I have a 37 Thugs/Pain MM and he is getting a bit stale. I've played /Dark in the past so I'd want something fresh.
Any opinions are welcome!

I use phase on my scrapper all the time in RV. No one ever says anything. The few instances that someone would say something, they are angry 12 year olds who need to find an excuse for them failing so hard.
In the end, as Con said, phase is fine man. You picked 3 powers to get it, so more power to you. -

I'm having trouble deciding on how to slot Gang War. I plan to PvP with my Thugs/Pain MM and cost is not a problem.

BS does have parry, but if you're a stalker and you're using parry in a open zone, something is wrong. Unless ofcourse its a duel. -

You need to use hurricane more then anything. slotted it has -30 to -40 tohit, which although is resisted by focused acc and targeting drone, makes SS tanks with only rage miss a ton.
Personally i slot my pets with 3 acc/dmg HO's and 3 procs. That way every attack they use has a chance for something/damage, and with 6 pets going that adds up quickly. -
Very nice, it's funny how most of RV did not believe you heh.
Now, keep PvP'ing with that Stalker until you crit again and ALL the procs fire off lol. Then come back here with a update.

He plays on Freedom, and I have yet to see a Stalker without AS too.

It is a SS/WP Brute, problem is I was leveling him in AE missions prior to I16, and stopped playing him. I came back to him, and he has roughly 90k damage now, since damage taken doesn't count in AE.
I honestly don't know what to do now...
