Barb Swipe, Build Up, Impale, Confront if you want it.
All of /Regen except the Rez
Tough
SuperSpeed Hasten
Super Jump Combat Jump
Last Pool is your choice, I like Assault/Tactics
Either Body or Weapons Mastery - Weapons get Webnade/TD/Caltrops
Body get LBE/Focused Accuracy

Yeah, phase > tough. I don't know any good regin that takes tough.

temps don't generally work in the arena.

Also, temps don't have an On/Off switch to them. If someone reacts fast enough and phases to continue, you can still buy a few more seconds by dropping out of phase as you make your getaway. Just hope that there aren't other people around that want you dead if that happens.

Thanls for the replies everyone, what I had more in mind was like a Mid's sheet style of good PvP builds.
I have never built a PvP toon before, so I'm not quite sure what to go for or use. I HAVE seen a BUNCH of lists and descriptions of powers, but they tend to leave stuff out, so I'd prefer a character sheet and that way I can customize them and compare them to my liking.
Ah, right, I don't arena much. Mostly zone, My apologies. Guess it depends on where he is fighting, though Rei makes a good point.
But lolfiteklub, no I don't think so.
Fitness. Speed, Fighting, and Concealment is always an option.
That's what I did with my old BS/Regen scrapper. You don't NEED leaping.
Tough and if you can fit resilience bumps you to 33-36% resistance. It helps quite alot.
Never seen a regen scrapper with phase, but yeah I know for sure Tough works well. If you're spines, you don't really need confront I find, I /win most ranged toons corrs can be tough...but uhh...I use fitness, fighting+weave, leadership, speed, that is it. Works great in Arena and Zone. O and I have impale/barbswipe and all regen -1(resistance or w/e) and i have flurry. Attack chain? usually barbswipe.flurry rinse wash repeat. Kinda cheap but then again so is most EVERYONE else in pvp.
I have tough and the ******* fire epic on my spine regen. ring of fire and fire blast. So, no perc. Kinda sucks, but I play on victory, so it doesn't really seem to matter whether i can see the one other guy in the zone first or not.

Hey there, my 50 scrapper has been farming for quite a while, I've already had a thread like this in the past, but it was more asking just general questions and not calling for specific builds. So, I ask you all to please go ahead and suggest multiple builds for a Spines/Regeneration scrapper, so that I can compare them and see which one works best.
At the moment, I have the ENTIRE Scirrocco's Set, Mako's Set, Efficiacy Adaptor, 3/6 of the Numina's, and 1 Obliteration.
Help me out guys!
(And by the way this build will be used for PvP, if that helps at all)
