  1. I didnt see this happen until recently.
    Was on a BAF, that was under poor leadership I might add and during the Dual AV fight things were getting a lil tough and I had taken some damage so I flew really high up to avoid further attack. (Softcapped to range and have +range on my attacks from alpha) and then all of a sudden I was hovering in the middle of the fight right off the ground.

    Flew back up and I will say it did happen another time before the trial ended. Very annoying.

    Big scary aliens who are going to have massive controls (C'mon, all this new mezz protection in sorcery and lore pets and the tons of mezz resists in IO's now) and heavy damage that will make us cry if our builds are not perfected and dont have all our Incarnate powers.

    There has to be something acting as a brake on potentially unbridled character power. Choices and tradeoffs needed in an IO build seem like as good a brake as anything else. You shouldn't be able to have everything and the moon on a stick too IMO.

    Well they did want to previously give us more slots but couldnt cause it broke the game. Much like customizable power pools were once impossible. Besides, I'm not asking to be able to six slot everything. Just the 3 slots the devs wanted to give us before would be pretty cool for fitting in a couple of the new procs or whatever in our builds.

  13. you can have this just as soon as controller/dominators are rolled into one. Controls/Assault/Debuffs all in one.
  14. Was this issue supposed to be "fix all the things" or "Change all your builds"?

    It's going to be a lot of work fitting in new heal, resist, defense sets and new powers from power pools.

    I'm pretty sure Arbiter Hawk explained that control would work in that it would only apply +1 mag to an effect once on a target and would not apply to the same effect as long as the first one was in place. So essentially if your first hold places a hold+1 on a critter, no other holds will get the +1 until the first wears off.

    It was designed that way. Not really all that fun, but it seems like the devs are scared of the ability to increase mag. I guess the +1 would be good on things that have mag 2 status effects. I was going to get control hybrid on my troller but now that I've been reminded it was designed this way I may have to reconsider.

    Thanks. I figured with the current ppm it would be about a 30% chance without recharge slotted in a single target. Couldnt figure it out for living shadows as I dont have the area factor formula and even if i did would prolly mess it up. Figure the %chance is probably worthless there anyways.

    Not sure why they are the same. But 90% of the time I'll choose to make a Corr over a Defender cause the extra damage far outweighs the slight additional -Res and as you said the -regen numbers are the same. defenders do get more -def tho. But -def is a joke.
  21. No idea if its bugged. Just wondered cause those holds are "pets" correct? So wasnt sure if the additional magnitude worked on them. Dont wanna get the components to craft that hybrid if my AOE holds dont benefit from it.

  24. I think regen getting some absorb sounds fantastic. Would def make it a bit better for tank use. Pretty sure my scrapper version would love it.
