At the risk of sounding dumb as i know both sides of the pond use the same version of the game, can you guys still click powers every 2 minutes for procs to work?
I had to respec a lot of toons when i18 launched due to not being able to use Kismet in CJ. All procs like that have to be perma on powers now.
I hope Psyrene is wrong on this occasion. -

Hey guys, just a quick one.
I'm pretty sure i know the answer to this but i thought i'd ask to make sure.
Would PC-8500 automatically underclock with my motherboard being capped at PC2-6400?
I'm trying to spend as little as possible and for some reason PC-8500 is cheaper.

Loads of chat after WW.. TL;DR.
If you don't merge the server lists, no matter what new system you're planning, then the EU side won't last for much longer. Sure, GR will bring some old and new faces back but after a few months, the servers will be back to how they are now.
Save your selfs some money (Assuming less development time) and just merge the server lists. Do it with GR and positively promote the merge. It's a good thing, not bad.
Give out free transfers again for a fortnight or so and jobs a good 'un. You have a happy EU player base. Hopefully happy enough for another 5 years. -

A Unique IO doesn't matter what level it is. It will still work as long as you have the power it's in while exemped. So that is things like you listed (Miracle, Numina and Regen Tissue) but not LotG's.
Also procs work regardless of level too. LotG are technically procs but they're special and have to be in level range. -

You misunderstood. I know a cold would be a good disruption toon. My comment was made because Nero has probably only been in the arena 2 times maximum. -

Mind or Illusion would be better than ice. Chillbain is pretty cool but other sets like mind or illusion will give better results with you not having a heal.
