I want a log that shows who kicked who, and who invited who.

This is a Win7 issue.
Go to your desktop 'Personalize' dialog and select one of the Aero themes. You might have to go down to your taskbar, and re-enable Aero after that.
This solved the problem for me, and I've never had to run in 'windowed mode'. -
To tell you the truth, without going back and looking at the first post, I don't usually recall who has immunity, and it never enters my mind when I'm voting.

We all got free tailor tokens for each of our slots, so I'm not concerned about my characters so much, it'll just be a pain to go through each of them and reload their saved custom power settings.
I'll likely just do it as I play each character rather than wasting time to log into each one that had custom powers. PITA, but not major. -

As far as getting a lockup when adjusting a slider, I used to get that with the Water Effects slider.
The only way I could adjust it down without crashing, was to enter the game is 'Safe Mode' and adjust the graphics settings, then re-start. Though I've not had that issue since it went live.
Resetting it to Default should also work, but I think with i-17 the default settings adjust to what my card can handle, even though it's higher than what I normally run on for performance sake.
As for the drivers for your "brand spanking new card" are you using the drivers that came with the card or from their website? -

I had one "+1.5GB limit" crash of the game client. And once when I was getting close, I re-logged to avoid crashing (sorry, reloadgfx just don't cut it).
I wanted him to drop The Honoree, but he never did...
We had five or six of them dropped on us in Pocket D last year, with three of them camping the hospital, "Dead upon rez" happened quite a bit.

Reverting to one of the default Desktop themes, fixed this for me as well. You may have to re-enable Aero. Also, what kind of video cards do you have? If it's ATI, I've heard that the upcoming 10.4 drivers may solve this issue.
Edit: Just spotter Bill Z's question to Emberly. I'm still running the 10.1 drivers. -

Yeah, it looks like an entirely different character. Caemgen, this is definitely a wakeup call that you simply cannot order any more art before you find yourself someone to do character bible sheets for you. Every artist is going to change details about him until you can provide good references for him. Even then, it won't stop, but it'll be more of their unique twists and less of not understanding his character.
