Someone just told me it's levels 25-27?????
That's crap. It should be all levels. So I guess I have to try Ouroboros?
It is in the Ouros, you can access him there if you are to high of a level.
Look for the Arc "Twisted Reflections" and that will unlock "Looking Through the Glass"
They should be in the 25+range.
Nance is 20-29
You can access his arc through Ouro, though.

Yes, all of the new arcs are in Ouro in the 25-29 range. If you have a character in range, the contacts will appear to you when you hit 20 and the arcs will be available from 20-29 (maybe 30 also, not sure though). You know, like how all the other contacts in the game have level ranges their arcs are gated to?

On my main toon, on freedom, I have completed ALL of my regular contacts. He is level 50.
Nothing I do gives me the new contacts to fight the evil twin.
I tried goign to talos. I tried radio mission in PI (gives no new contacts).
Anyone know a workaround to get the contact and do my missions?
PS:
Devs, you really need more content for 50s!
