If this is for a sig, neither because they're both freaking huge!

Otherwise:
#1 wins on readability. The stuff inside the letters makes #2 hard to read. If the interior stuff was less dark on #2 it'd be easier to read, and I think, would look cooler than #1. Little texture in the text is nice, but not so much that it makes it illegible.

I could reduce the size and make the stuff inside the letters brighter easily. Thank you for your reply.

Definitely the first.

I like the first one best - simpler, clearer, succinct! need not add, nor remove a pixel.

Yup, I'm with them, the first one is much better. Though yeah if it's for a sig banner, it's way too huge, and if so I'd say move the wording horizontally and center the image over the words, or even to the side.

I like the second one, but I agree that it's a bit hard to read and could be brighter and less contrast.

The second if you brighten up the images inside the letters, but yes, you'll need to get the image size down to 600 x 150 for to use as a signature.

Sigs have to be a max of 150px tall, so you need to bump them down in size, but otherwise I like the first one's brightness with the second one's images.

So basically, what Obsidius said. As is, with no changes? First one. Make second one brighter? Second one.

I like the design on the first one, myself. Though if I saw something that huge in a sig, I'd end up AdBlocking it.

When shrunk down to 150 height, the first one is far better. The second is unreadable, even with brightness up and contrast down.
