They ask for First CD Key, and first payment method and method number (So, inyour case, you might want to note your card type (Visa, Amex, etc) and the last four digits somewhere in case you change card numbers.)

The trials are not supposed to drop shards - just threads. But they have dropped shards occasionally.

To be fair, a global accuracy buff is something kinda new. It wasn't until Issue 4 at earliest, but I think it was still later than that. It was when they changed/nerfed Focused Accuracy (which was originally all To-Hit).

You are confusing things. The Fire & Ice sets are not part of the market, and not bought with paragon points. The Rewards system uses Tokens. And those parts are available on the website for a peak (they could add a shout out in the description, I'd agree). They do not add costume parts to the tailor for preview if you cannot buy it to prevent confusion and taunting.

Based off what is happening with tankers, it seems that in a Circular AoE (such as every single single target power is for tanks due to Gauntlet), it's straight division (although I'm not sure if the system sets up for greater than 100% chance to proc before the division) so things that should be 100 are coming out 20%.
Are you talking Scrapper, or Stalker? For one, it think most of the toggles (at least one of them) on a stalker now suppress when hidden, so it doesn't mess with stealth.

For another, Scrappers don't get a proc in the ATO sets. Scrappers, Khelds, and Mastermind's special ATOs are all globals.

And while I have not been scouring the blaster and stalker boards, are you just referring to how the proc/min works? If so, that's the same for all ATs - with the exception of the bugged/edge case for tankers.
