And a number of them, even if not on CoH at the moment, are still in Studio. While they are not supposed to go nuts with it, that means the current CoH crew can ask for help from time to time.

If the marketing people would give us any inkling of WHEN they will supposedly return to tier 9, then I would maybe start to think of their promise that "No, really, we swear we'll give you another chance at it, honest" as something other than a crock of horse apples.
They are not sure how they are going to do it yet, but they have options (like simply putting it in the market). -

Sure, i bet a lot ppl brought points to get that early and now some will spend a lot money to get it in time. And if u can buy it later with PP, also a "perk" when u only use the gained ones, it will be cheaper because they wont and cant charge 3600 PPs for that.

Elec Blast isn't bad. MM is one of the tastier blaster secondaries. The combination of Ball Lightning, Short Circuit, Psychic Scream, and Psychic Shockwave would be kind of sickening.

Or you can slot it for regen, and enjoy one of (the only?) few powers with slottable -Regen. -
I'll try to finish up what I have going if I notice it blink, but I won't rush into fresh combat to use the EMP.

The biggest problem I have with Phantoms is they have so few attacks. A slow, something as common as webnade is just going to kill their DPS, where as a Cimeroran which has 5 or 6 attacks isn't going to be standing around idle. -

Following the last link in the power listing Summon EM Pulse gives you the stats on an AoE hold. So I'm guessing that when the power ends after 3 minutes there's an EMP effect that goes off. I'm sure someone more familiar with the power will speak up to verify or not.

Person Cited WoW specifically. WoW is effectively a sequel to the Warcraft RTS. the RTS used Orcs extensively as the main enemy of the Horde faction for the Alliance faction to fight.
WOW can use Orcs because Blizzard had already done their homework/paperwork for the Warcraft franchise. Since WoW is a continuation of said franchise that homework/paperwork already applies.
Games existed before WoW basically.
Not having it in the Warcraft games is no bar to it not being in WoW. That's why I said fail. -

After Black Pebble posted that, I contacted support. My bill date is the 15th, I get my points on the 28-29th. I get my token around the same time.
Support said BP's post didn't mean what I thought it meant, and I was getting my Points at the right time. No fix was available, as nothing was wrong.
So, yeah. Support isn't much help there.
And as far as the Reward Tokens go, they are triggering off the old vet reward system. Any bonus time from things like friend referrals can/will offset when you get the token. -

Some people (especially a number of us on the 12+2 sub) have had our dates messed up - they can fix it. I did have to contact them twice but it's been working fine for me now. -

I for one am not jealous of Fury. Sure, Brutes are stronger out of the box, but being tethered to the momentum needed to keep it up does not always sync well with general Tanker behavior. -
