  1. SHe was trying to target someone else, right?

    If it's the drops, they can target heroes OR villains, but not the caster (of course) - and they buff better on the other side (hero's version buffing villains 2x as well as another hero or something like that).

    The other side's shouldn't even be available from the same vendor, and only the correct vendor will talk to you (as I recall from the past)

  3. The only temp powers restricted by alignment are the alignment temp powers you gain doing morality missions(Call to Justice for heroes for example) which you lose when you change alignment.

    So regular temp powers stay.

  7. I'd the biggest reason defense has more of an impact is an attack avoided can't land mezzes

  12. Eh, I just know all my Dark characters hate them all equally

    Edit : But the main point was, stealth does not help against any of them seeing you. You'll be seen at the same time as your unstealthed buddy.

    It's not a perception issue, they just ignore it. -perception on them will work however.

  16. Also, PvP IO sets ignore exemplar levels for set bonuses just like purples.
  17. Note : most self-stealth does apply a -threat which does help lower agro somewhat. Check the info to see if your stealth has it.

    Actually, not sure if Auto-complete will work with these missions - they lead to a badge. The poster was referring to the shared completion feature where if you run another player's mission that is identical to yours, you can have that mission complete along side the current active mission.

    Line 5 is a big one, especially considering they don't drop inspirations (which is part of the power design!).

  22. Regular Click - Checks once at casting. Examples - Fortitude, Speedboost, etc.

    Drop-power click - Checks once at casting, and again every ten seconds. Examples - Rain of Fire, Earthquake, Disruption Arrow, etc. Pets such as MM pets follow different rules (Procs in them go off based on their own power usage.)

    Drops are pretty much any effect with a duration that requires you to target the ground.

    The low chance when soloing is a side effect of how shards drop.

    Unlike most other drops, each npc defeat gives each teammate a chance at a shard drop; not the standard chance for a drop, then have it randomly assigned to a teammate.

    For now. And there have been implications it will be craft-able come i20. At least more accessible other ways.

    I don't see them removing the Notice from the WST because it gives the fifties something extra for doing those task forces

    Actually, I don't know of a single t9 armor that is not enhancable for recharge reduction but is affected by global recharge buffs. So far they are all "All or Nothing" on that.


    The only ones that don't accept recharge enhancements but are affected by global recharge that I can think of off the top of my head are Vengeance and Mind Link - which are not T9 armor powers.
