I do find that the reduction of debt is annoying makes getting the badges almost imposible.I have also noticed that in certain cases death has no debt attached to it,I was defeated by some frostlings the other evening and recieved no debt have they removed it the same as with the rikti invasions.Lets have it put back it does make the game more enjoyable and gives you a reason to be careful and not just jump in knowing there will be no penalty for committing suicide.

I know most are probably doing the festive stuff at the moment but even so it seems far more quiet than I remember it being.
Shortly before I left I started notice less and less activity in my SG and many of my fellow sg leaders (it was a network of sgs run by about 4 players) started to leave for other things and now its dead there.

What I'm basically saying is I'm virtually friendless in Defiant now (lol)

When I started to work for my present employer,who I will not name just to say a big name in retail,I was given a holiday form and told I was entitled to 152 hours holiday and that was before I had done a stroke of work.As I work a 39 hour week I start off on 25 1/2 days holiday including bank holidays of course so not bad for me.

I put together a tank using the police uniform and nightstick think it looks cool but I think we will see a large increase ofcops on the streets

you will find that you can only get the Shields on certain powers,Tanks get it and scrappers if they are using sword,not Katanas,and maces,check out test to find out just what you can have a shield with.

I have never understood why someone would choose to be a blaster then go and take melee powers,if I want to be close up and personal I,ll build a scrapper,a blaster is someone who stands well back picking off the targets that are causing problems for the team.Being a squishy blaster and then putting yourself in harms way is a bit silly unless you are obsessed with debt badges

Did this twice before they change it ,had a great deal of fun .The first time with my troller who seemed to spend most of his time facedown as he was in the wrong place all the time would be rezzed then killed straight away,but then did it with a blaster no deaths just loads of fun think on hat occasion we had about 90 ppl in there fighting and some good comiediens amongst them,from what I have heard about it now will not attempt it again.But any that do good luck to you.

[/ QUOTE ]I was in a team of 5 last night TnTing in PI in about 11/2 hours I dropped 24 bits of salvage which gives me 4 cossie slots,spirts turned up frequently as well,I also earnt close to 4 mill inf as well so a good night for me,just before I logged also got the zombie raid and got the first 2 badges for that by then I was in a 3 man team

I have been reading this thread with interest,what puzzles me is why would you want to rip your base apart just to rebuild it because the prices have gone down,ok so you can increase the amount of prestige you have but is it worth it for the amount of work you are going to have to put in to rebuild,and what do you do with all the stuff you already have stored.I will be leaving my base alone and just be glad that I do not have to pay so much for anything else I might build.

I used to belong to an SG called Children of the Phonix,your choice of costume was your own but you had to be a Fire/Rad Troller,some had slightly different builds such as taking TP others something else but the main build was the same.We had about 15 ppl in it but after ppl started to hit the mid twenty lvl,s they all seemed to wander off I think I am the only one left but brought the Sg back with the help of family members.Shame ppl left as ir was a great team to go out with everything fell before us

I,m sure this has been brought up before,altho I have never seen a post for it .We see lots of bus stops but we never see any buses running round the place,anyone know why ?

Thanks for that Nightmarer thats great realy gives me some thing to work with and all the IO,s will be helpful always have trouble getting that bit right.

I am in the process of leveling up a D/D defender,I have read about how good they can be on the forums and I,m puzzled that I cannot find any builds posted for the said defender.Although there are builds for just about every other type nothing for a D/D. Any chance one of you nice people can give me a helping hand and post a build that you have found successful,would be most appreciated

every time I read a story like this it reinforces the decision we have taken only to allow family members into our SG,s.I am not ot bothered with base salvage as we have plenty in all our SG,s what would hurt would be for someone to walk of with the enhancements as thru out all our bases we must have almost 700 of them made up,these are all IO,s as we no longer use DO,s or SO,s.Shame that we have to do this but as the customer support will do nothing even if you have told the person not to remove them we have to protect all our hard work .

I,m making a Psy Blast/Mental Manipulation blaster and looking for ideas on build,is this a good combo and if so any suggestion on how the build should look.Any advice welcome

The main reason I wanted the + stealth was for the extra regen I get from the set not to save myself from agro as I use the tp to jump into the middle of mobs when i have granite up,thanks for all comments and advice tho

It will also not work, if you have a +stealth IO in another pool/travel power, as I found out.

On my tanker I had +stealth (Celerity IIRC) in a run power, and it wouldn't accept a +stealth (Unbounded Leap) power in superjump aswell. Took me ages to figure that one out.
