If you want tags to be useful, use them wisely. When posting in AT forums, for example, I make tags of the powersets I'm asking info on. In Comics Culture, you can tag the name of the show, movie, game or whatever that the thread is about.
In General Discussion, they're mainly there for amusement purposes. -
Scrappers, regardless of powerset, are self-sufficient death machines. But if you're looking for a 30 one specifically... I'd reccomend asking in the Scrapper forum. Some sets bloom early... like Regen, I believe. Though I think Regen is fairly clicky, might be difficult for a dual boxer.

I don't like running AE missions myself, but I don't complain when my choices force me to play solo.

I was thinking it'd work better if Scrappers were more glass cannon-y and Tankers had more damage, but Scrappers are the only group of players in this game who seem to be happy and we really shouldn't risk destroying that.
I dunno, maybe Tankers should get some kind of ghetto Fury effect or something.
This is the problem when a game blurs the typical MMO roles beyond recognition, the ones closest to those roles feel totally out of place. -
I think I might need to join this to learn the ways of the farm just so I can teach everyone in the AE how it's supposed to be done.
What's a good farming build? I never take the same powerset twice so it'd better be something I haven't tried before. -
Just joined another attempted farming team. Thing is, you can't really farm with 3 people, two of which are 17 and another one that's 3.
I think I'm honestly doing these people a favor, most would-be farmers seem to have no idea what they're doing. I think you need to master regular gameplay before you even try to farm. -

I just do whatever the heck I feel like at the time.
Sometimes I hijack AE teams. Sometimes I spend all day in Icon. Sometimes I respec multiple times. Sometimes I form a Task Force. There's no pattern that I'm aware of. -
Reminds me of when I11 first came out, and the market hadn't stabilised yet. Costume piece recipes were through the roof!
Of course, AE brought all that back... -
Why should we limit options to a certain origin or slotting combination?

The Hollows, Cimerora and RWZ do have a repeatable mission contact, mind you.

Form your own teams. Look for other lone players around your level with the Search function, send tells. Don't rely on broadcast in a game where most of the population is in instances.

If there's anything this game is good at, it's getting back players. Might as well play to its strengths.

And by the way, they're wrong about it being origin specific. Despite the booster packs being origin-themed, the stuff in them can be worn and used by ANY character regardless of origin, AT, level, alignment or whatever.

With the story hints to the Battallion, this is pretty much already on the cards.
And technically we do have multiple alien races to fight- Shivans and Nictus. -
I dunno about the light-on-fire effect, since a lot of existing fire attacks use that to represent the damage-over-time effect that is the signature secondary effect of most Fire attacks.
And why should I wait til higher levels to shoot three skulls? I should be able to do it at level 1!
Be aware that power customisation is meant to explicity have no effect whatsoever on the mechanical effects of powers, such as damage or knockback. -
They are. One of the reasons there was so much outcry over Positron's response is that it was so out of character- the devs prefer to be friendly with the playerbase, but it seems they felt meow farms were just going too far. I think with mitos they decided to take a less conrontational approach.
I think more Chicken Littles quit over fear of being banned than people who were actually banned. -

City Info terminals. These should be re-fitted to give access to a team and task schedule bulletin board system. redside should be given shadey men in shadey coats standing on shadey corners who help criminals find likeminded thigns for jobs and cake and stuff. -
Well actually, in-universe the Architect is a joint venture of Aeon Corps and Crey. You really can't get much more dodgy than that.

I assume that in the DC universe, Metropolis is different.
Paragon City is built on the same premise as Metropolis and Gotham, being basically a much larger fictional version of Providence that has much more importance. -
