Thunder is good, thunder is impressive, but lightning does the work.
You won't be able to level using JUST those arcs, and they aren't repeatable. Most of the zone arcs are in four parts, but after the first two you usually aren't high enough level to do the last two. And the last two won't take you high enough to start the next zone's arcs.

I know that I just mean I'm only going to use those arc, I'm not taking other contacts, the middle will be filled with other mission, mostly teaming and AE

The Hollows, Cimerora and RWZ do have a repeatable mission contact, mind you.
I can't seem to find a list of zone story arcs on paragon wiki.
I know for sure about the hollows and the other revamped zone who's name I can't think of atm
what other ones are there?
