It all started with me complaining about my lack of funds and deciding I need a good farmer. I listened to ideas thrown out on JFA and heard one I liked- a Spines/Dark Scrapper. I even came up with a concept, a Chubracopra (I've been corrected on the spelling at least twice), which by my own personal theory is a Grey alien version of a werewolf. Finally, I created the bizzare excuse to use the Alien Skull helmet option and took it into outbreak.
Jeez louise, this thing is a monster! I heard Barb Swipe is the worst attack but it tore through the Infected pretty well (when I wasn't one-shotting them with Sands of Mu), looking rather nasty at the same time. I've never had so much fun getting Isolator before.
Though this is meant for farming so I'll willing to do whatever dirty tricks I need to get to the good levels, I'd like some advice on what to do with this thing I've created and how to best utilise the horrible murderness. -
If it was a recovery buff, my end-starved BS/SR would be all over it.

I wonder how long I'm going to be wondering what Physical Perfection is.

Dr Vahzilok was kinda my first threshold guardian of the game. I think I ended up lowering my difficulty and getting a Shivan to beat the guy. I was still so proud of beating him without a team.

Quote:In the water of Oil Slick (if you've ever gone to the Mayhem submarine in PO you'll have passed it), northeast of the sunken ship, there's a strange blotch of discoloured water. Fly directly above it, in first person view for a better look. You can also find a lot of stuff like this here.
And no, I don't know about the Eye of Horus in Oil Slick... do tell!

As long as I can make bad jokes about him, Jack will never truly be gone.

If you want a new computer, you can beg for money on the internet like everyone else.

You can't change player idiocy. There's no way to convince players en masse to use their tickets for salvage instead of whatever they use it on. Likewise, I don't see how they can stop marketeers from price gouging.
On another note, if they raised salvage drops it might be a good idea to slightly raise salvage capacity. -
Quote:Stop powerlevelling. You're ending up with characters whom you have no idea how to play, and getting the wrong impressions of sets.thanks for the replies. I just got the power unstoppable. seems really harsh for only 3 minutes and then u go all the way down in end and hp...
seems a harsh drawback for being the final power that gives you the 90% resist like the other tanks.
i been power leveling characters using ae to try and find the best one for me.
prolly went a little further into some than i should have once i realised it isnt the strongest. or suited to my play style.
i think group knock back attacks are great for the tank. -
I always forget about the easter eggs I discover.
I suppose most people know about the Eye of Horus in Oil Slick. -
Seems Jack couldn't tell the difference between 'challenge' and 'test of willpower, patience and luck'.

You don't have to have a hand on the pulse of the CoX community to know that a lot of people are complaining about the price of common salvage. I'm not sure how much marketeers and poor use of Architect tickets is to blame, but the fact is, the exorbitant prices for common salvage are making it a pain for everyone, especially since it's now used for base crafting as well.
The best solution I can think of is to raise the frequency of common salvage drops from enemies. If you have a better idea I'd like to hear it, but I think I speak for the majority of the playerbase when I say I don't have the patience or organisation to wait overnight for a reasonable price on salvage, especially with all the alts I juggle. If there's more supply, and I'm more likely to come across drops that I can use, we might see less complaining.
It's either that or penalise people for causing inflation and I don't see that happening. -
I did think of a charge-up period, though it might be annoying but I guess it probably wouldn't be as bad as Full Auto taking a while to do its damage.
Self knockback actually doesn't sound like that bad a tradeoff! -
Nope, you're right, GR is said to include new zones, though from what I hear GR is gonna be more about endgame content. But we really don't know yet, the devs are really tight-lipped these days (for good reason).

I think the company that the ads were run through went broke.

Parry. Parry, Parry, Parry. If SD is anything like SR, you're going to need all the extra mitigation while levelling as you can get, and Parry is a wonderful defensive power for a Scrapper. SD and SR scrappers respec out of it at 50 after they've softcapped, but until then, live by it.

Nah. They're out to make money, and they know 70 month vets aren't going anywhere.

No, I think we see what you mean. Is it really that different from changing your fire to be green? ...Freem!

The more badges the better! And it's not like this game shies away from blatant references. That's why we love it.
Make it for beating, say, 100 5th Column bosses.
