  1. George Lucas has the potential to gain immortality for his character, and that reply is their response? Come on

    Thanks, Ash

I really enjoyed the contest this year. There were awesome and hilarious entries on both sides.

Yup, it's definitely the best option i've found so far. Thank you very much

$$local Dance you stupid bucket of bolts DANCE!!!! $$emote elaugh

I then do a file bind that looks like the following
    /bind shift+[ "$$bind_load_file C:\keybinds\petdance.txt"

Now when I press the shift and [ my robots start to do the robot dance and say Shake (pause) MY (pause) BOOTY!!!!. While at the same time I say in local Dance you stupid bucket of bolts DANCE!!!! and do the evil laugh emote.
Apparently it was the "$$" that made it work, I tried using those to much success. Thanks

The only downside to this is that I get a message every time I use one of these keybinds saying I loaded the file. Does this happen to you?
  5. Thank you for the sugguestion, i never thought of macros. As state above though, binds no longer work like that for some reaosn.
  6. Hey everybody,
I know that back in the day, you could keybind your pets do emotes with a command like /bind e petsayall <em dance> and they would dance. Now if you try that, they just say <em dance>. Is there some other way to bind emotes to pets?
    Thanks
  7. Can't wait. I finally get to use the costume I was going to use last year, but I missed it.
  8. I'm gonna hop on the bandwagon and say that your videos are awesome and i'd love to help out and lend a character.
  9. I liked the first three movies, but i'm not at all excitied for this. If i had to take a guess, it's because they're pushing the action so hard. They didn't learn their lesson with RE5. The action isn't what made them so big. Also, I am saddened that they turned the scene where Wesker throws his glasses into a 3-D gimmick. I'm calling BS on the quote "One of the things that we wanted to do was not make it such a gimmick." Also, what's up with the logos? I don't remember seeing the Circle Corporation anywhere.

Sorry, RE was just such a beloved franchise, I hate to see what it's become.
  10. This has been bugging me since I saw it yesterday. Besides the hair, was there a DBZ allusion in one of the fight scenes? I missed out on a good deal of the show, but from what I've picked up I keep thinking there was.

It was a weird mix and definitely not the usual crowd I see these comic movies with. There were certain points where I cheered and applauded (the Vegan Police) where everyone else just kind of chuckled. And I'm almost certain all the superhero cameos went over their heads.
Could you pm me pointing out the cameos? Looking back, I totally see the allusion in the vegan police, but I totally missed those details when I actually saw it.
  12. The movie was hilarious from start to finish. Except for the end outcome, it always kept me guessing, and each new surprise came with tons of new laughs.

Any day except the 13th. That's when "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" comes out.
  14. Back in the beta for VEAT's, we had the ability to have more than one Soldier of Arachnos costume. This was done by adding a new slot, which copied over the current SoA costume to that slot. We could then change it to a normal costume or keep it. Then we could change the first slot to a new soldier costume. I think it'd be awesome to get that back.

Apologies if this doesn't actually fit the thread's theme.

think you could try putting a Baron jacket on a female toon? I've been wondering what that looks like for some time now. thanks!
I most certainly can, though the model sizes are going to look rather funny

Also, here's my favorite creation to date, the uber pig. This is a genetically enhanced super pig that has been heavily armed to use as a mobile battle station of sorts.

  16. Hey everyone,
So, I've been playing around with demos and costumes for a while now. I have a bunch of screenshots of costumes created through demo editing that i'm going to share with you for your enjoyment. If you have any requests, either now, or when you've seen more of what I can do, feel free to throw 'em at me. The only rule is that all of the parts have to have been officially released by the devs. So, for example, I can't build anything using parts from whatever the giant monster the devs announced for GR, because those haven't been announced and released.

Here's the first of what I've done so far, I'd love to hear what ya'll think.

"Scandal rocked the world as an old photo of Lord Recluse and Statesman surfaced"

Edit: and although I knew about the California landmark, its only because I used to watch a lot of Travel channel and Food network. Only been to the Golden Bear state once, and was not close to the donut shop.
The TV show, "Who Wants to be a Superhero" I believe, was a reality show done by stan lee. One of the contetants played the game on champion, and he told Stan about the game. In the finale episode, there was a shot of him flying through a giant donut.

Here's Lord Porkluse using both of the hero creators
  20. Would it be wise to post watermarked WIP's in the art subforum?
  21. I love how you used lamps to make the windows. Not that the rest isn't awesome, but that part right there was very clever

textp does indeed work for all videos....just paste &textp=fool at the end of a video's url

I'm currently watching an X Japan video in textp

edit: it works for a lot but not all, i'm not really sure what the restriction is.
  23. I'll try and dig up some pics of my base in its earlier stages so you can get a glimpse of the construction process, but for now, the best thing I can tell you is just to experiment. Now that impish has given you the very basics in stacking, try out all kinds of differnt things until you find something that works for you.
