    The defense debuff will be resisted like that, but not the resistance debuff part of it.

    If something has a 95% chance to hit you, the streakbreaker is the least of your worries. All it does is prevent lucky/unlucky streaks. There's a .25% chance of anyone with 95% hit missing twice for a given two attack sequence. That's the chance of streakbreaker stepping in.

    There's no real way to get a true control group. The demand and generation rate of different salvage are, well, different. Not to mention, there's no way to make sure that anyone not participating in the experiment won't mess with the "control".
  7. End reduction affects both the pet's powers and the cost to summon the pet.

    I'm not sure exactly about set IO end reduction. I've read someone saying on the MM board that pet damage set IOs with end reduction don't reduce the cost of the Ember demon's heals. I think they *should* always reduce all power's endurance usage, but sometimes they're buggy and don't reduce every power they should.

    Also, if you put a proc IO in a pet, the proc will only work in powers that could take that kind of proc. Example: A hold proc will only proc from pet powers that cause a hold, slow procs only proc from powers with a slow, def debuff procs only proc from powers with a def debuff.
  8. Well, apparently IOs are working for toxic resistance on the defender. It's not working for the magic/mutant DOs this guy mostly has. Not sure if SOs are working.

    Sounds like an odd bug to have, if it only doesn't work on DOs. Can't test SOs on this guy yet, no one in Guardian chat has tested SOs yet.
  9. So, I've noticed that although the toxic resistance in Sonic Dispersion and Sonic Barrier aren't labeled as unenhanceable by real numbers, it's not being enhanced for my Sonic Resonance defender.

    Just strikes me as odd.

    Also odd, this means force field (with 40% unenhanceable toxic resistance on deflection shield) grants more toxic resistance than sonic resonance does (20% from Sonic barrier, 15% sonic dispersion, totals to 35%).

    If the enemy's hit chance is under 20%, it takes 100 attack attempts before streak breaker intervenes. At 20% chance to hit every 5 attacks on average will hit, at 5% every 20 attacks on average will hit. Streak breaker isn't killing you. Defense is random.

  14. The alc silvers sound like small potatoes, the costume salvage somewhat better.

    Really though, flipping salvage regularly is worth a lot more than saving some and waiting for prices to rise.

  16. I placed the beacons and rearranged the teleporters. Also placed a starter base item (that combo power/control thing) because we were short on control a bit, and it seemed like the quickest/easiest way to get control back. I haven't checked if we have the supercomputer badge to be able to get the second tier control item.

    The autonomous expert system plans will come eventually, since the badge is just from dealing damage to enemies. I think current progress is at about 10%ish on that one.

    I want a dimensional vortex (top tier magic energy item) eventually, but that seems annoying considering the badge to unlock it is 250 pvp kills. Not something that would be gotten through normal play.

    Sure, I doubt we'd ever really need that much power, but it looks cool and we can afford it.

    Oh yeah, there's some areas where you have a bunch of items strewn about and stuff and it looks unfinished. Going to finish those spots eventually?

    Why craft em yourself? Put down some bids, walk away, let someone else craft em for you. If you let em sit a bit and put down bids BEFORE you actually need to slot the enhancers you can often get them a good bit cheaper than last 5 sales.
