Mind/Rad is one of the best dueling controllers possible. Psionic damage, mezzes which arent widely resisted (fear, repel),& debuffs. If you want to PvP seriously take primal (power boosted mezzes & debuffs), ice (defence stacks nicely with rad infection & hibernate is great panic button), or psionic mastery. Psi is nice as you get a good AoE attack and mez protection which can be made perma with IO bonus' if thats your thing

Thing about blasting is that you're so reliant on the support you get its hard to compare. Gatling is the only one that stands out for me as the stuff he can do with those sets is insane.

Personally I think I play my corruptor better than my blaster

Just because I make good toons doesnt mean i can play them

Looks solid enough juat slot LBE for damage, slot CJ for jump or defence no point in end red, and if you taking MoG at least 3 slot it for defence. 3 Slotted accuracy seems overkill I think 2 acc 3 dam 1 rec would be better slotting. Personally I wouldnt take MoG and Whirling Sword and take tactics, tough, or fear.
