You get goons on defiant too, there just seems to be more on Union as there is more activity in the PvP zones.
Defiant is for loosers!

So I am a loser at life because I PvP? ... ROFL! Yeah... right! People who say things like that just suck at PvP and get pwned all the time because they spam "Cheat!" and "I'll have a one on one with you if you don't use <insert power here>!". Pfft!
