  1. no way they'd put in tar patch its *too* good. fearsome stare would be good but with a reduced to hit- value instead of reduced cone size.
  2. I'm actually wondering if the placate proc in siren's song works as well if not better as it does in will dom.

well that original statement is almost certain to not be true anymore with the incoming posi change. if I had to take a guess, I would assume the devs would shorten it to make it more noob friendly which would mean lower merits anyhow.

although to counter point LGSF gives almost double the merits and the same chance for purp drop

It wouldn't be anymore overpowered than a team of 8 corrs/trollers/blasters or anything else. aside from it being unrealistic for 90% of the game.
  5. dev is nice for web nade and the perception/to hit from targeting drone. thats it.

    Rad/Ice.

in my experience, rad/ is best in pvp and nothing else. there are a few decent rad/fire builds out but otherwise, it's meh.

not a fan of /ice either. chilling embrace and ice patch are amazing but lol@FA.

please tell me this isn't a pvp build

    because...just....no

EDIT: after beating my head against a desk a few times, heres a few criticism

Assuming this is a pvp build because of the name

don't take fly, you'll get webbed a ton and no one likes that

dear god, don't slot air superiority with heca's

go ahead and drop veng, manuevers, PotP, and basically mu mastery. why? because lol defense in pvp, rez's don't help in arena or zone, and mu mastery sucks. i'd recommend levi for shark jaws because that is pretty hard hitting attack especially when it scourges, and hibernoob. that will allow you to drop stealth pool, or keep it for phase and hiber both viable options

i'd add some accuracy to heat exah and i'd say you're over slotting melt armor for defense debuff. 2 accs and 2 rech are fine.

I'd also drop RoF for fire breath since you get the full damage. the only real reason to have RoF is to pull stalks out of hide.

for the love of all thats holy pick up fitness and put the numina/miracle/regen tissue procs in there.

pick up the fire shield/plasma for no other reason than to slot KB procs into them. you have 4 points atm, you'll get knocked around everywhere unless you get naded by having fly. (you want about 45 kb points btw, i think thats the magic number, 40+ atleast).

thats just a cursory glance, you'll probably get more posting in the pvp forums

    Kickball!

Yea, im gonna try and form for one more saturday before giving this up. that'll put us at trying to get a decent amount for about a month and the turn outs are too low to have any fun with. was a nice try

/e move's pvp toons to freedumb

ES is bad? PR, while having an awesome animation, also seems to have an ungodly long activation time, though I had planned on taking it eventually. SF on the other hand I'm on the fence with... I usually don't take the mez powers of a blaster but I tend to suffer from a solo'ing standpoint for that choice.
actually ES's animation is .07 secs longer

I never said DP was a bad choice. DP is fine on defenders. Yea the damage sucks, but the ability to stack 35ish -damage consistently makes up for it.

and on speed runs, the more debuff and damage the better. sonic is at the back end of debuffing and is very very slow having to buff everyone.

any change to vigilance or any inherent done from now on should not have anything to do with team size or how well/bad said team size(including yourself) is doing.
  14. im not really sure what you're slottin for. it looks like rech but you take fighting >.>

easily droppable for something like assault/tactics which is a nice damage buff and tactics can slot some decent IOs.

ES sucks. it does. drop it. having both that and PR is so slow. i'd recommend taking one or the other, generally PR if you aren't going to take swap ammo since you get the -res, and PR has double range for being alittle lower in damage.

this is my build, its s/l capped and 90% recharge (95% once i get the arma's in psw)

  16. So im looking for spine/regen build help. Honestly I have no idea what to slot for but I had a friend advise to slot for recharge to get IH and MoG up as often as possible, but the more I play it the more squishy it feels(granted its only 37 atm but still). should i try to get some res by getting tough and resilience or even slot for defense or just stick with trying to get as much rech as possible(currently at 80% global)?

so you want to pvp. since that is effectively what you are describing. no encounter is the same, you enemy learns from you and for the most part, its a new and different challenge, and its much different from the normal content. i'm sorry to inform you however, that your rikti monkey will never, ever, be what saves the day.

well from what i remember from my forum pvp days in the S&I sections, the best trolls committed, mostly because they were to stupid to know they were trolls but still.
