this build is all over the place. you didn't slot for rech, HP, or defense. you six slotted health, you underslotted PSW, you took ES, all of which you shouldn't do.
this might be the worst build i've seen that uses 6 purple sets and a glad and shield proc.
my suggestion, find a bonus that you want, probably rech or defense, and slot for it. honestly, it looks like you saw this stuff is expensive and slotted it without having a focus on where your build wants to go.

phase shift is replaced by hibernoob(same thing but with a regen/recov). and it's easier to take since you get hiber as well as HF which is a nice heal and allows you to free up the 4th pool set for, in this case, leadership.
frozen armor and maneuvers are ok to run since the DR'd defense they give will provide you *some* protection (not much) but they're nice set mules as well.
stun is a meh mez. i'd also take flash freeze instead of snow storm for another easy purp set/set mule.
as far as that build, id slot for more HP so you can hit the cap only 75 away anyway shouldn't be too hard and SS and SJ are abit overslotted.
as far as where you should pvp, i honestly have no clue for EU servers but i'd assume low populations since all the other servers are dead 85% of the time anyway (short of freedumb and virtue obviously). -

well To hit debuffs are highely resisted by AVs/GMs which is dark's main area of expertise. id say the big difference, along with AM, is that LR is a more consistent and bigger regen debuff than spamming twilight grasp and HT when its up.
of course you could also go traps -
ice because it out damages archery DP and AR.

2.not really sure what you're asking. the only -damage cold does is fire damage.
3. IIRC, sleet just has to hit the target once and will last for afew more seconds(the res and defense debuff anyway) but im not 100% on that. if nothing else, its good for getting (most) stalkers out of hide

Blast away with the pistols, while you use build up and power boost.
Why power boost? You're using that to pump up your Defense when you need that extra bump of defense!
But you're already softcapped? Well, you'll like it when using it against -Def Mobs.
Cold Epic also gives you Hibernate, take the sleep power. Put a Placate Proc into it...I hear it's broken, but I'm not sure if it's just broken for Will Domination in Psy Blast or all sleep powers, and have no idea if it's just PvP or PvP and PvE, but it can't hurt either way.

the Nvidia 9600gt is all that can do UM, the 9400 isn't worth trying, and the 9600 runs meh. -

well i mean call of the sandman is a rare set(by definition anyway) so salvage is going to be just as expensive. and i mean each one is like 5-6 mill each, which is well under half your budget and you get em while ex'd. assuming you're crafting everything, although if you buy crafted thats generally more expensive anyway so still.
but whatever -
i've found that running shadow maps on medium, reflections on medium and water on ultra, with FSAA off and AO on performance yields about 20 FPS which isn't bad for me. anything higher than this drops me to 10 which is too low for me.
also this is only in paragon, in the RI, the same settings gets me about 14 FPS so im still working on finding something that gives a better fps without sacrificing too much pretty. -
So this is my sonic/em. its pretty much done purp slotting aside, one thing i noticed is that I'm having a hard time hitting most defense based toons even with aim/BU but im looking for any criticism so have at it.

used to be an SG on triumph. would freak out when you called em power rangers. most quit and went to WoW IIRC. only afew left.

Meanwhile there's an extra slot put in Temp Invuln for a -KB IO, that could be going in any 3 of the unnecessary SS slots as a BotZ.
Please don't insult me and then try and help me with slotting this bad. -

just...no. i mean you slotted brawl with heca's for gawd sakes, short of kin combats, you don't, ever, EVER, slot brawl.
just because you have the inf to blow, doesn't mean you should slot brawl with heca's
Now this isn't the build i would use (or do) because i slotted for ranged defense and didn't find a need for purples but assuming you want to debuff and buff (and thats *it*) i guess you could use this, its atleast better than that piece of crap (with three slots to spare to do with what you will) note* not slotting sleet for damage
