I was told they are working on a fix- if so why oh why has that not been mentioned by a red name here?

Wonder of wonder the points are ther at 9 pm on the 17th. So wonder next month what the day is - The 4th , or the 9th or 20th or the 17th . I have got points on all these days Just pick one Paragon and stick to it,though you take my money on the 4th so it would be nice to have them close to it.And please deliver them without making mne contact support - that seems to be a less than brillianmt drain on resources.

Depending what I see when I log into the game today, I might have to petition them for being "late", myself. The last time I had my VIP points awarded was December 7th, my "billing date" is (now at my best correct knowledge) the 13th and it's now the 15th of January.
It is disappointing that there's still no solution to this mess of problems four to five months on. -
I remeber t one time a comedian on Saturday Night Live said he was cutting edge. He did not want more than 30 percent of his audience to get the joke. This begs the question whois the artists target audience. If you only appeal to 3 out of 10 people and your happy with your niche - ok.

Well it's the 14th filed a petition the 12th. Must have them stumped. After last months mail with support they said it should be fixed.

Because right now, they have the incentive to NOT deliver the points on time. By not doing so, they "entice" you to purchase points. Or at least that's my take on it. I can think of no other reason, other than incompetence, as to why it has taken this long and still not been fixed adequately.
And for some reason it seems like I got an extra batch of points this month. Not entirely sure, but I thought I got some on the 3rd or 4th, used 'em and then when I logged back in last night, I had another batch of 550. I may be mistaken on the "used 'em" part though. -

My billing date is the 4th still no points - last month they corrected this from support. I was told this would be fixed for this month. Filed a petition - again. Why did they bother to offer something they seem unable or unwilling to deliver in a timely fashion. When it was a Veteran reward it was on time Why the problem now?

Fascinating - now I am told the I will get my December points on the 28th before midnight sometime. So now they are holding points I pay for on the 4th till the end of the month .Yep sound un VIPish to me.

The discussion was if the Devs should host these contests/meet and greets on all servers or just Exalted. Somehow you twisted it to not getting your points on time. That's a legit gripe but there are threads on that already.
