what model are you seeing the problems for the high collar cape? I only have that problem on the female model but the male model looked fine. I didn't end up using the cape outside the tailor though, I went with Spiderweb Wings

The new high collared cape (which is kind of fantastic) has a relatively large gap on the sides between where the shoulder part of the cape ends and where the actual cape itself begins. It's relatively noticeable to be honest.

Honestly the best thing to do would probably be to PM one of the community reps here on the boards or do an in-game petition or bug report about it. That way either we'll know that there's something that will unlock the EATs for premium players or you'll know that you will have to unlock the EAT on some later date when the bug gets fixed (and more importantly you'll know that before you invest a lot of time in the character).

To the best of my knowledge, no it is not. You either need to be VIP or buy the unlock.

That aside, I'd probably keep my 50 energy/dev blaster. I've had her since release and for some reason I keep on going back and playing her even though I have a ton of gripes about the /devices set.
I'm really not sure about my second character. I'm kind of leaning towards it being my warshade though. -

I'm not saying you can't use the spear as a staff - it IS a staff with a spear tip on one end. I'm saying you can't use the staff as a spear for lack of a spear tip. If they're designing a Staff Fighting set, they will design it without piercing thrusts, therefore using it with a weapon with a spear head would just look awkward when you can't actually use the weapon at the end of your pole.

Yea, the only movie I have down quite that well is probably The Princess Bride. Back when I was in tech-school in the military (for an incredibly geeky career field) I was actually banned from the day-room when anyone watched that movie. Apparently I had a tendency to say lines before they were spoken under my breath without realizing it. I've watched the movie perhaps a few too many times.
Also they wouldn't let me play as Seung Mina in the Soul Calibur 2 tournaments, but that's another matter entirely. -

If sky splitter has a relatively low activation time, it is gonna be beastly. It does 276 damage base on a 15 sec recharge time for a scrapper, which is better than headsplitter, which only does 187 damage base on a 14 sec recharge time.

I wouldn't rely on a lore pet for status protection. The things can only be up for 5 minutes out of every 15 while with clarion you can have it up almost constantly.
I'd honestly probably try switching the alpha slot to the 45% damage musculature and possibly not toggling on assault to see how that impacts your end usage. It's largely how my blaster's set up and while I'll have some end issues when I have my Spiritual Core Paragon slotted they largely go away when I switch that out for my Muscular Core.
That's just my thoughts on the matter anyway. Of course, I'm not terribly min/max'y ... my incarnated out blaster is energy/dev. -

Perhaps DC saw a backlash similar to this as acceptable since if folks are interested in picking up physical copies of these trades, they'll be more likely to head into their local comic book store, which increases the chance that they'll purchase new issues as well as old trades.
