How to Incarnate my blaster
I wouldn't rely on a lore pet for status protection. The things can only be up for 5 minutes out of every 15 while with clarion you can have it up almost constantly.
I'd honestly probably try switching the alpha slot to the 45% damage musculature and possibly not toggling on assault to see how that impacts your end usage. It's largely how my blaster's set up and while I'll have some end issues when I have my Spiritual Core Paragon slotted they largely go away when I switch that out for my Muscular Core.
That's just my thoughts on the matter anyway. Of course, I'm not terribly min/max'y ... my incarnated out blaster is energy/dev.

On my fire/fire I use cardiac partial core revamp, reactive total core conversion, Lore I'm using storm elementals but I havent gotten past the base.
Now we aren't ready quite yet to let the catgirls out of the bag.... (quote from ex libris)
Definitely wouldn't use Lore for status protection. Destiny is up 100%, offers better protection, and affects everyone around you.
For Lore Pets I usually consider 2 things:
Need -regen? >Longbow(higher -regen) or Warworks (higher dmg)
Need damage? >Cimerorans
For a blaster I suppose a healing support pet could be considered as well to summon when needed, as that could be potentially useful.
Between spiritual, cardiac, and musculature for alpha: Cardiac should only be used if your endurance issues is unsolvable without proper IOing, Spiritual should be used if you are going to to build around it, ie make it make a specific attack chain achievable, where you wouldnt be able to use that attack chain gapless without having spiritual, Musculature should be used if you don;t have endurance issues and your attack chain would not benefit from spiritual.
Interface, in almost all but the absolute most specific build requirements, should be Reactive, and judgment is largely player preference: Ion for targets/radius, Pyronic for damage/activation, void for -damage, cryo is crap.
Correction: Cryo for the cone attack. Perfect for AR blasters that are already moving around to position cones and possibly for Beam blasters, although I have not tried one yet.
I know your giving some numbers but a build would really give people a better idea since they can input incarnates into the build to see some of the numbers change thus giving you a much better answer.
Your talking about incarnates but your build might be off. So possibly fixing the build might give you a different direction to go with the incarnate abilities.
Post the build.
Let players look at that and give some suggestions about the build and then take it from there.

My main is a 50 Fire/Ice blaster, Firekrkaer, on Justice. I have all incarnate slots unlocked, and a couple VR and the rest rare abilities slotted.
But now I am thinking about changing up the way I have my Incarnate abilites slotted to have a better synergy with my powers and the way I am slotted with IOs. I slotted for damage bonus, I am around 35% bonus damage (including Assault), my recharge is not perfect, but it is more than enough to keep me happy. My biggest problem is endurance. If I increase my attack speed more than I have currently then I will need much more End redux.
My current alpha is a VR spiritual (33% recharge and the extra bonuses, not the 45%), my Destiny is Clarion and my lore pets are T4 Assault/laser drone and T3 IDF defense bot and ACU.
I mention the Lore pets and Destiny because I am thinking about using them most effectively. If I switch my Alpha slot to a VR Musculature for the 45% damage (33% after ED hits), switch my Destiny to a VR Ageless (which would help/eliminate my endurance issues and help with my recharge a bit), and use my IDF defensive pets for the status protection.
Does that like a good plan? What are some other options? Any major problems with my thought process?
Any and all feedback is welcome. Thanks in advance.
