Sorry, more clarification needed..this is the issue. I have a premi acct ..that acct I do have a lvl 50 toon on this acct. and just created another..a PB..without having to purchase the unlock. I question it only because I don't want to play it for couple months (for ex.) and then have it "made inop" because it's a glitch that wasn't caught sooner? I'd rather know now.

Honestly the best thing to do would probably be to PM one of the community reps here on the boards or do an in-game petition or bug report about it. That way either we'll know that there's something that will unlock the EATs for premium players or you'll know that you will have to unlock the EAT on some later date when the bug gets fixed (and more importantly you'll know that before you invest a lot of time in the character).

It may well be that premium players who have already unlocked EATs get to keep them unlocked, or it might be bug
