Yes , I am a Assault Rifle Blaster , and I have the badge also . So I'm not sure why I can't access it . Also got the badge for my Broadsword , same msg and no weapon upgrade

You now have access to Weapon_Upgrade ( whatever it might be ) . See tailor

Last night I got this msg after doing the Hess TF , went to tailor , selected weapon yet it was not there , i believe it was the Council Rifle upgrade . Also recieved one for the Tommy Gun also .

Has anyone else been getting these msg's ?

For those who have defeated Romulus / Nictus in ITF , what is the best strategy to defeat this guy ? I have been on two great teams so far , and have yet to defeat him .


Is it better to Taunt the healing orb away or just have enough blasters and defenders in the group to strike at a distance ?

And has anyone defeated him with just one tank in the group ?

Just trying to get an idea , I would love to have that armor for my toon , so any suggestions are most welcomed .

Thanks A.T , I think for that toon i still need to destroy and few more BOMBS , I have the other two , but I might have got it on the last Ritiki invasion and not even realized it .

Thats what I thought , but it was not there . Will try to check it out tonight to upgrade , thanks for the replys .

Forget it , should have looked at Paragon Wiki first . Got it earning the watchman badge , now just need to know which tailor I can go to to change it , sinc there was no additional options availible on the drop down box for weapons .

I may have to check Paragon Wiki to find out how to change weapon outside of normal changes to a custom blade . This happened about a week ago , and i believe I was collecting badges , and once the BADGE EARNED msg flashed on the screen , in "yellow" in the msg box it said please see tailor for Custom Blade updgrade or something close to that .

Maybe it was a mistake or something , not sure . My toon is lvl 38 , so I'm not even sure I meet the requirements for it , or maybe when I get to 40 and see the tailor , it will be an option . Just wondering if anyone else had seen a message like that before .

What server is your villian SG on ? I have one DOM in Liberty that could use a SG .

On one of my toons in the msg box i was told that I could see the tailor to upgrade my Broadsword for a Ritiki War Blade , but when i went to the tailor in Independence Port , I could not upgrade it . Would I have to got to the RWZ to get this upgrade or make the switch ? Thanks

I'll be on quite a bit on Liberty ( Hero side ) and Justice ( Villian side ) that weekend . My toons on Liberty are Terminator 13 ( 50 ) , Duke Togo ( 35 ) and Nova Factor ( 38 ) , so if you want to team on that server , I'm down .


On Justice my toons are Se'thur ( 21 ) , Razor Ramon ( 21 ) and Rick Rude ( 16 ) .

I love this game even more now . Going to have to make time this weekend to improve the color of my toons powers . Love the ssk , and mishs are more enjoyable now , doubt AE will go away and I don't want it to , but looking forward to the new structure in lvling for it . Besides some lag issues , really enjoying this issue . Man I wish it was 4:30 so I could go home and log on .

Do you think it's better to wait ?

Is there one out there ? If there is what server ? I'm usully on liberty and I have a villian dominator toon already , but I want to make a scrapper and hang with other scrappers .

Looking to join an all villain scrapper team on any server . Are there any out there ? Willing to do AE or normal missions , just want a group that is on most of the time .

I'm for anything that makes this game better

I don't see what the big deal is . I like the idea of either waiting around to join a team in AE or joining someone on a mish in the normal game . It's been mentioned already , but there is very little change in the storyline to keep people interested in doing it all over again . And if u want to use a def or controller , it will be very hard going during the normal game anyways . No need to make drastic changes , leave it the way it is .

I thought it was Cap , but I rarely see anyone there to team up with . Is it because I'm on the liberty server ? Or is it more busy on the weekends ?
