Okay, stupid question first, to get it out of the way: your character is a Broadsword/something scrapper?
It'll tell you that you've unlocked things sometimes even if you don't have the required powerset, so just want to check.
Other than that, it should just open up at any Tailor once you've met the requirements. Remember that the weapons tend to be towards the bottom of the list at the tailor, so you might need to scroll down a bit to see it.

Yeah , Broadsword /REGEN
Maybe it was a mistake or something , not sure . My toon is lvl 38 , so I'm not even sure I meet the requirements for it , or maybe when I get to 40 and see the tailor , it will be an option . Just wondering if anyone else had seen a message like that before .
So what error message, if any, do you get? Imagine that we have no idea how to change a custom weapon in the CC screen. Walk us through it and tell us exactly what you're doing--maybe we can figure things out with you.

I may have to check Paragon Wiki to find out how to change weapon outside of normal changes to a custom blade . This happened about a week ago , and i believe I was collecting badges , and once the BADGE EARNED msg flashed on the screen , in "yellow" in the msg box it said please see tailor for Custom Blade updgrade or something close to that .
So when you went to the tailor, the rikti blade wasn't on the list under "weapons"?

Are you sure it wasn't some other sword that you unlocked?

Forget it , should have looked at Paragon Wiki first . Got it earning the watchman badge , now just need to know which tailor I can go to to change it , sinc there was no additional options availible on the drop down box for weapons .
This isn't one of those things that are only available on certain body types, is it?

Thats what I thought , but it was not there . Will try to check it out tonight to upgrade , thanks for the replys .
If you have the Watchman Accolade, but do NOT have access to the sword at the tailor, contact support. They should be able to fix it for you. It might have just given you the message, but not correctly set that flag on your character.

Thanks A.T , I think for that toon i still need to destroy and few more BOMBS , I have the other two , but I might have got it on the last Ritiki invasion and not even realized it .

On one of my toons in the msg box i was told that I could see the tailor to upgrade my Broadsword for a Ritiki War Blade , but when i went to the tailor in Independence Port , I could not upgrade it . Would I have to got to the RWZ to get this upgrade or make the switch ? Thanks
