The more time spent logged out, the more coupons you will receive up to a total of 10.
If I'm following correctly, you can get a discount through the day job badge. These show up in your salvage inventory and you're given the option of using them every time you change something at the tailor/facemaker.

No , I've been on for less than a yr and one of my toons has it . I get 25% off for making costume changes if I want . Not sure if it was a SG related thing or not .
