yeah they do, im not exactly sure of the complete list of powers that got +perc though, thought WS shadow cloak and one of /DA powers had +perc. One im sure of is Ice Armor's Glacial Armor though

(almost) every build can perform well in pvp, yet specialized builds will always have the upper hand. My earth/storm troller or ice/ice tank for instance are PvE builds (got em in i4 before pvp became a very big deal). Sure I admit, ice tanks and earth/storm in pvp already is pretty powerful, yet i bet someone that will respec any of those builds to a PvP build can do even better. Just like your blaster can do well in pvp, however someone with a seperate PvP build will have an edge.

as said, forcebubble and PFF dont stack, if he turns on PFF you can just walk through that forcebubble no matter what AT you are. Judging from your post he only has PFF running. Now MMs always think they are so safe in their precious little PFF shell but it aint that grand, especially with the 2 minutes cooldown.

Remember his weakness is that he cant use any powers on his bots while PFF is on. So if he wants to summon/buff his bots he needs to turn it off. In arena, just be fast and rush him, big chance you get to him before he gets his bots all buffed up.

Now you can either pop alot of yellows and try to hit through it, preferrably with some toggledrop attack or a mez that disp bubble doesnt protect against (fear, confuse, sleep) if you have any. However as zaprobo said, aim for his bots. If you are fast enough, chances are he only has buffed 1 bot and had to crawl into PFF to be protected from you. Best bet is to aim for his assault bot first seeing 99% of the MMs prioritize upgrading him.

After that, you just keep pounding on his bots till he detoggles PFF to resummon em, or he just stays in PFF running around scared with no bots. As a ss/inv brute taking down the bots shouldnt be a prob as bots have no smash dmg resistance.

well if you dont wanna take a proactive role storm prolly wont be the set for you as well, storm is pretty hard to master and wrong usage of it WILL cause the team to hate you

Hmmm... I'm not sure I totally agree here: with Mind, you have the early combo of Dominate/Levitate (as well as Mesmerize) which can do serious single-target damage with containment. But yes, don't try to play your troller like a blaster if that's what you mean .

As I said I know little about Mind but thats exactly what I mean when one is on a team. On a team you are generally better served locking down as many as you can and debuffing them rather than focus firing on the boss who the Tank has occupied anyway.

I'm not saying "Never attack" though. Where's the fun in not being able to slam em off the ground after all your hard work

aye, with your singletarget hold, try to figure out how many mobs you can lock down and cycle around so they all are perma (or near perma) held. Most of times you can at least hold 3 without recharge enhances/hasten. Just whenever you go AoE heavy on a mob, make sure you either can hold em or have some friendly teammates available to take the aggro. Especially /storm trollers can have a close encounter with that fresh polished floor real soon.

ooooooooooooooh i7!! when is it gonna be released? are we gonna have epic ATs in them? I like even more costume options, how bout weapon sheathes? Will coh get new powers? do we get gun-kata? Bet we're gonna get power customisation, thats so cool.. on a side note, you know what would be totally cool? winged ATs so we can have more fly options!

To the OP on the other hand, try to team alot and as said, try to sell yourself to the team. Sadly these days controllers are the least appreciated and/or understood of the ATs. Try to show the difference between a team with and one without a controller and you'll get invites more and more often. You could also try to join an active SG to team with you. But indeed, most controllers cant solo at those lvls.

hey bud, have to say you did the right thing. I know your rep and we often team up for some great pvp sessions. And compared to others I have to say you are one of them that takes pvp for what it is: fun amongst each other. Running away from a melee type is a perfect tactic. If it wasnt, my troller would kinda be in trouble fighting a brute on full fury. The black list indeed prolly is some thought up list amongst themselves where they tell others not to fight you cause "u r t3h h4xx0r!!11!11"

My advise, next time you see em, hit em extra hard and aim for the blaster first. If they give a hard time... well you know how to reach me

and dont forget the WS pets are waaaaaay better than PB pets , often teamed with nother WS in my 40s, we both had perma 2 pets out and flew around in nova form, the massive AoE output killed mobs before the tank could even aggro em all .

Must say I disagree with the relying on empaths part. Indeed at lower lvls they are a bit more squishy compared to PBs. However styg circle gives you full hp/end with 2/3 defeated enemies, which in most mobs you'll have i reckon (even solo). Do agree that WS are better in teams than they are solo.
