I'm hesitant to make a psi/em because psi is relatively new to blasters and I'm worried the devs will get mad about how good it is and nerf it, thus making all the time I put into it a waste. I'd be willing to try anything else that works well. Thanks to all the people who've offered advice so far. -

None of this will ever happen. It's best to move on if you seriously want a game where the developers care about the pvp community. -
its KB res of like 10000% i believe. It's still one of the better inherents IMO.

its nice for zones and dueling other types without hiber, but if your good at landing sleets, ice is a better choice cuz of hourfrost and hiber >> PFF.

they don't even need to put anything in the booster/expan cuz then the PvEers would get all insane, but if they said buy this and we give you access to a PvP server where you can swim over to Paragon or RI and try to kill each other for no xp/influ (just a chance to drop IOs) i would pay up to $175 for the expand/boost

instead of nerfing AE to the ground they could have set up a system that detected farmed missions that gave way to much xp or the same people doing them over and over and flagged those as PvPable. Meaning PvPers can just join that mission and kill the farmers or the NPCs. This would be justified by saying that ur mission is SOO good that we have determined it to be good enough of a profile for training kinda like Xmen's danger room. THis would stop AE farming and add PvP content for AE while making farmers QQ and giving PvPers sitting in PD something to do. Also risk vs reward for the uber XP would be fixed.

Therms kill regen pretty well to. Poison MMs to. Even Elec armor if you sap and joust if ur an FCer. Try elec/therm troller

As an Inv watch out for end drains so bring blues vs therms, as a WP a good cold can still slow you quite a bit not to mention kill your regen and res. As an SS/Invul/Mace in i19 do I want/need Tough or Aid Self (if yes which one)? I already have Phase in my build. I'm not sure how I could fit in one of the other pools though. I have everything from Invul except Invinc, I guess I could drop Tough Hide and Unstoppable, although I figured the latter would be nice for the last 3 minutes of a match, but I'm probably wrong on its usefulness. That or drop Summon Blaster although it is giving me an extra 56 HP. :/ -

I would think invuln would be better since dull pain doubles as a heal and the res's are basically the same since temp invuln gives res to everything.
but i think anything that is tank HP capped with phase wouldn't die very often. especially if this is for zone. -

lol this game used to be patch of the month type game till around i9, and its always been FotM PvP so ur out of luck there and im betting this game has a much higher learning curve and higher need for items compared to CO. I've seen some videos of CO pvp and its kinda like CoX but its more like our fight club where ranged toons hit and run. I didn't see alot of good use of surrounding landscapes. Animation times are a lot slower in CoX pvp and here that's what gets you killed unlike CO so watch out for blasters.
So as mentioned above reroll into a will power stalker, but regen is better at handling alot of DPS over time, but since our PvP (not fightclub pvp) has a lot to do with front loaded dmg in which WP handles slightly better most of the time, WP might be a better choice. Although WP heals less, it provides perception and some defense in one power, it has more resistance, and repel protection to help to get back into hide+stealth+stealthIO to escape. ElecMelee is ur best bet for melee though it might get nerfed in 5 issues, spines has decent ranged dps, and if you like to AS a lot use claws for more build ups. Also pick up the stealth pool with phase shift for PvP and the Mako "shark" pool at lvl 41 so hopefully u started as a loyalist. GLHF -

Build for HP, resistance, acc, taunt, recharge, end rec, regen, with phase and some procs in attacks.

anyone try this yet on their FF trollers? according to mids they seem to be mutually exclusive. Is that right? trying to make a build atm.

Fight club toons can't kill competent players on arena toons, yet most arena toons (especially 1v1 toons) can and will eventually kill most if not all fight club toons even with a full tray of greens. So many of the higher end arena players wonder why even waste the time to make a fight clubber?

In other words, if there were a regen set for tanks, those would be all you'll ever see in pvp. Since there is a regen set for scrappers why the freak would you use anything else. (Though elec is good vs sapping.)

do the sonic/rad. its not as common as the other fotms and its good on both teams and solo.
