    also supposedly they have mentioned brining the passport badge back after they get the server list merge sorted out

    they havent mentioned anything other than that though, but it may be possible that once it is brought back, that the badge wont be enough leverage in your case

    you can always get lucky and get a very rare component reward table and not have to spend a dime, or have the patience to save 30 empyrean merits both options will not cost anything except excessive grinding of the trials and luck lol

    i agree i like that the impact this game has on performance of a toon is minimal in terms of death

    lets see out of the other games that i have played...

    me and my cousin played a game which you lost exp in when you died, it used to be -10% xp (it was changed to -5% at some point), but to put it this way, at higher lvls of the game, 1.5 mil xp was 0.1% of a lvl (at lvl 59), oddly enough at lower lvls 1 kill was 10% of your lvl, so this game had an awful xp curve in addition to -xp on death

    me and my cousin also played a different game which used a very similar xp debt system that we have, but that game was also riddled with microtransactions and armor repairs and the debt they had also had a debuff in it for a few minutes after rez

    both games were fun until about lvl 30s then lvling became a huge grind and the death penalty was awful, and specifically the death penalty is what keeps me from trying out new games especially if it involves -xp and losing levels

    yeah it does add up, between the 3 toons ive done this on i spent roughly 200-350 mil inf per toon to unlock all 4 slots

    counting the 2 rare components i bought for 100 mil a piece im looking at have thrown almost a billion info into the virtual graveyard for the incarnate stuff lol
  6. fake nemesis actually spawn fairly commonly in certain areas in the shadow shard, off the top of my head i cant remember them all, but what was said about RWZ arcs is true
  7. 20 mil isnt that bad compared to the 400 mil thats required for a very rare incarnate component lol

    (or if you buy the 4 rares needed for it, then 800 mil lol)
  8. 50 reward merits and 20 mil inf for 1 alignment merit every 20 hours
  9. the only time i could see the massive def debuff really shine is when your dealing with enemies that have def buffs such as cimerorans or baddies with tier 9s

    captain mako, positron, and citadel come to mind for "high def" situations with their tier 9s

    other than that i agree with local man, i think i would prefer ice mastery over earth mastery for another DoT patch (ice storm) and the ice shield gives the same def as well as some cold resist as the earth shield

    After all, Ill/Rads are considered to have soloed it, even though the bulk of the damage is coming from Phantom Army and Phantasm.

    i doubt it, the rad blast powers just have acc bonuses (IIRC 1.10 base acc for most of the powers)

    to my knowledge rad blast is one of the few powersets which does not use a weapon that has higher than normal base acc

    the +special portion of it is essentially the same thing as power boost

    this boost duration of stuff like mez duration and buff values (clarion +special combined with power boost + veng = insta 100% defense to everything lol)

    lol the first post i made was mostly due to a lack of time, but i didnt want poeple to think that they were getting the full power versions of the pets based on some earlier posts in the thread (which is prolly what should happen seeing as how long they take to rech)

    i then just made a new post with more detailed info when i had the time to sit down and take a look at it in depth

  17. be sure whatever you do, do NOT use intangibility or cage powers during escapee phase because LT ranks have immunity to the immob portion of the power and will run to an exit with 100% dmg immunity basically due to being intangible or caged (yes i have seen it happen)
  18. ive got almost 3 toons with tier 3s in everything and i dont run all that many trials anymore, but i have spent prolly close to a billion inf just converting threads to xp and shards to threads (and even a few rare components to get tier 3s)

    if you convert threads to xp you can unlock all 4 slots in about 6-8 trial runs, of course it will take longer to slot them, but i can get usually 16-24 threads per run + the random drop table for completion
  19. honestly ive very rarely had this happen when playing any of my mm's and i been on them a lot since the bug cropped up and i think ive only had this happen to me like maybe twice and took 1 sec to fix by typing the releasepets command

    Acrobatics...

    mez does not detoggle powers which only provide a self or team buff (they just suppress till the mez is over), it only detoggles powers that affect enemies (oppressive gloom and choking cloud are examples as well as any DoT aura)

    its still your option to get acro, but overall its not really needed as a majority of baddies dont mez very much except in a few cases

    even then if your toons lvl 50 with incarnate powers, a simple clarion destiny will give you full mez protection for 60-120 sec depending on tier, so if you get clarion core epiphany (tier 4 left tree), you will be able to give yourself perma mez protection ranging from mag 6 to mag ~50 mez protection to everything

    also if you build for defense, very unlikely a mez will even hit you
  21. the only "temps" that do work now for all "no temp" things including master tf runs, are booster pack powers, other temp and vet powers still do not work as intended

    oddly enough even self destruct can be used on a MO run, but even stranger still it does not count as a death as i have tested it on a simple ouro arc using MO settings and self destructing

    and even then theres the outside chambers to get more acids as well, plus with poeple getting more incarnate power instead of running with just alpha, the ambushs can easily be dealt with if 1-3 doors are still open

    poeple did test and report this NUMEROUS times in the beta but to my memory no dev commented on it at all

    so for all we know this could be as intended, but as mentioned its too brokenly awesome to be intended and most likely will be changed at some point
  24. from what ive seen about that power is that it the target a power which inflicts dmg on self

    this might be a reason why the lore pet particle burst power can actually hit allies and leeches xp

    ive seen my dismantler pet actually kill my phantasm before on my ill/cold troller because of particle burst

    i dont really have much problem with poeple in the cutscene, but what i do have a problem with is the fact the trial can fail DURING the cutscene if someone has an active pet with them which can aggro marauder and cause him to run off out the door before the cutscene really finishes thus screwing the whole league out of any reward even the 10 threads due to failure
