    We're getting the fix now. Does it suck? Yes. Should it have happened? No. We can either kick and scream about it ad infinitum or we can move on and be cool and patient.

    Currently on the main City of Heroes website there are two pictures in the slideshow: One is for the Rocket Board and the 'Back to School Backpack' (lol); the other is for the Barbarian costume set.

    Both of them go to broken links.

    Seriously, contact support. My AMEX card decided to block a charge one billing cycle and it auto-banned me. Get ahold of support and they'll fix you up, I was back in-game within an hour.

    Edit: Just give it a shot. If they're the ones who locked it in the first place (like with me) they'll explain why, and will gladly hear you out and they'll usually fix you right up.

    It's not like it's your fault, Zwill. I'm going to make a very honest, very sincere and rage-free request though. I understand if you can't say anything or just plain can't do it, but here goes.

    Can you and the folks in charge of betas try to get more active mac users in on more and more closed betas? That way we can sniff out these problems sooner?
