Are you building for transfers?

So Im considering build a few new toons for the extremely cheap character transfers and was curious if others are doing the same, and if so what new alts-characters are you tinkering with?

Personally, I'm probably going to build a new scrapper or two and asked for some suggestions on their forums. But, was also thinking of building either an ice/ice defender or troller, or maybe both and playing them out a little to see how they feel and which one I prefer over the other.

But, the thought of doing cheap transfers got me curious/interested in what else others might be potentially doing. Im debating maybe a new corruptor because I've never actually built one up to a respectable level. So just kind of toss out anything you're considering or are transfering.

I know I have a TA/archer
EMP/energy

Those are the ones I know I'm transfering.

I'm confused what the builds have to do with transferring, to be honest. I'm not sure what you're asking.

What I'm asking was whether there are any builds that you happen to be doing on other servers or considering doing on other servers that you dont have on your primary server, or have room for, or are willing to delete one of your exsisting characters. IE, your primary server is Freedom, but you're building say, a earth/kin, DB/FA, elec/DP on Justice to transfer over to Freedom during the cheap transfer period, and if so what alt were you considering doing so with that you didnt/wouldnt do so w/one of your slots.

Sort of. I created a new toon specifically with the intention of transferring. I don't play enough on other servers to have any 50's on other servers yet. However, my brother and his wife have 50's on Triumph. So I created a new tank, got to 50, then sat and waited for Issue 21. Tomorrow - zoom, off to Triumph.

I had originally planned to move an existing tank and then level up a new one on my home server, but I'm too attached to my favorite tanks. So I made a new one with my favorite primary (invuln) paired with a different secondary from my existing invuln.

In seven years, I've transferred a character once - Vox from Virtue to Pinnacle, because Virtue lagged too bad for me. Beyond that, I'll have no use for servers other than Victory and Pinnacle until those fill up, and with a fourth page of purchaseable slot, I don't see this happening within my life time.

Not really building anything new but over the past week I have been preparing a few older characters that, for lack of space, I had to leave behind when I moved to Virtue from Infinity. My very first purchase will be added character slots allowing me an addition 12 so I have been visiting Virtue so the returning toons will be ready.

1. All 3 I plan to move were given a respec to add the inherant fitness pool and revise builds accordingly.

2. Because I decided to turn her into a hero I spent several days doing alignment missions so my namesake Mastermind, Wicked Wendy, can arrive on Virtue as a hero... Yes sadly I left Wendy behind on Infinity when I moved but now she can return and FINALLY make level 50.. she's at 45 ATM.

3. Used the email system to send all three influence, recipes, salvage and enhancements so they can arrive io'd and ready to play. Hey I moved to Virtue a long time ago.. some characters on Infinity don't even know what an IO is yet . lol

So that's about as close as I come to actually BUILDING a character on one server to transfer to another. I will be making a few new characters but I plan to use the new powersets and start them on Virtue after the download and server maintenance is completed.

I still dont quite understand the OP but I do have several characters I grew bored with that I might move to the VIP server just to have an alternate server where I know most other serious (vip) players will have characters.

I've been prepping a couple characters that got left behind when I switched servers a couple years back. Respecs and IOs. They'll get sent to Exalted eventually.
