Yeah, all players will need to be logged in during the last mission (I would at least be there for the last two, to ensure smooth timing). Though if you're there the whole time, lots of Inf that way. And, if you're logged off, the character still counts towards the number of enemies you face, so you might as well be logged in and helping to kill to make it go faster. (in other words, a Task Force that has three players on it, with only one logged in, would still spawn the missions for all three players, as opposed to just the one)

because I want to be constructive of the thread.

However, I will say that if it doesn't fit your play style, it's not necessary to have Bright / Dark Nova, but it is worth having. Like most powers, it requires slots to be effective (unlike most powers, it requires more then six) and that can be tight if you need those slots elsewhere. Especially if you find your Human Form blasts more 'effective' (in that while they don't get the damage boost from Nova, they can be damaging to enemies and not require form shifting which allows you to use other powers, such as the Melee and shields).

The Posi TF? Heck, I've Duo'd that with a Defender and Blaster. Before the Defiance changes!

I wouldn't even use any Nukes, Shivans, OR temp powers of any kind on it. There aren't any AVs in there, and the Vahzilok EB can be chewed up and spit out pretty easy. The biggest hurdle with that TF is the number of Defeat Alls it has. Instead of getting Nukes and Shivans, I'd get food and drinks. You could be there a while.

Nothing against RedTomax, but I prefer Paragon Wiki for my TF planning.

The one in the left (of both pictures) is male.

He actually goes by Jim Temblor when he's just your contact. It's later, in missions as an ally, that you'll find him as Faultline. Easy mistake to make. If you look South of the Hospital, you'll see him standing in front of a piece of memorial artwork.

I'm pretty sure Follow Up doesn't Debuff the enemy's To Hit at all. In fact, I don't think it has any form of Debuff, and only buffs you / deals damage.

I had heard a while ago that there was a bug that would allow you to slot up the form powers before you should, and adding slots early to those powers would cause the respec to fail.

I actually preformed a Respec on my Warshade recently, and was able to fill the Dwarf Attacks with Enhancement Slots well before I should. I did not fail the Respec, and it worked just like it did in Issue 4 when I was able to do it.

If you're playing as a Villain, it's time to move on to the next zone. Open your map and look for a marker on it marked Port Oaks Ferry. From there, you'll be set up and good to go by talking to the Broker (who shows up in your Contact List when you arrive at the zone) and getting your Newspaper. With that, you can get missions which will open up contacts from your Broker.

If you're playing as a Hero, talk to your contacts and see if they'll refer you to any other contacts, possibly in other zones such as Kings Row or the Hollows.

In general, I loathe to play against Banished Pantheon. There's just something about them that no matter what I play, I just don't like facing them. I guess I just find the LTs to be mildly annoying, and the mininos to be boring. The only interesting things are the Totems.

And, the Clockwork. I just love them for some reason. The story, the potential, the complexity (in story, the play is kind of dull and wish it could be upgraded to Malta level with a large variety of attacks and minions). They're a good low level group who aren't extra difficult.

Those have been there from day 1. Your best bet is to have a high defense (pop a purple or two) before they explode, because the debuffs need a to-hit check, while the buffs don't.

And the Lethargic is pretty brutal, but I think it only covers your base recovery, and anything on top will still work (i haven't looked at the numbers of it since it became available) so Stamina, Quick Recovery / Etc can still help (as can any power that gives Endurance back, like drains or Stygian Circle).

You ever see the Air Force train, Steelclaw? When they cross roads and use road guards? We called it "The Dance of the Road Fairy".

I told my friend about it who was going into the Air Force, and he didn't believe me. When I saw him next, he asked how I knew and how I kept from laughing out loud when I saw it.

How do you know there wasn't a good concept behind the Rocket Launcher? Just as I had a "good" concept behind picking the Psy EPP, and had no room to add it into my Description (short of a one line edit which looks retarded), the player in question may not have felt compelled to ruin / edit the Bio upon picking up Munitions.

Other players asked did you ask them, and I want to reiterate that, because nothing you've said indicates you have. You just spout that it's a good concept ruined by the choice of and EPP, when in fact, it might be that you aren't getting the whole picture.
