They avoid Fridays, so if something catastrophic happens, it doesn't ruin the weekend. Putting it on Tuesdays or Wednesdays usually gives them enough time to straighten things out before the weekend.

actually they dont have this ability.
its mentioned in a few of the mission story lines. -
an interesting thing just occured to me.
if they DO actually implement side-switching then just by how characters level at certain parts of the game and what level they'd implement said switch (unless it was possible to do so from the get go) then CoV would have a distinct advantage for early leveling.
I know if i had the ability i'd start a lowbie Hero AT in Mercy Island just to get a jump on leveling instead of doing the Paragon City Runaround for 14 levels. -

maybe that'll be a quality of life patch in i8 or i9 ?
the ability to either bank your influence/infamy and access it from any alt on your account OR be able to trade up to 999,999 , which would make inf trades a lot easier as well.
i swear everytime Statesman pops up it's two steps forward, three steps back with this guy.
And on that note i thought we got rid of him when he quit CoX for some other game (i'm kidding, I'm kidding).
and they REALLY want us to get to work on Prestige, then make it unique to the character and not just the SG. if i get pissed at my SG ans want to quit. I dont want my hard work going to a bunch of bananaheads. -
at first i thought 'dropping missions? who'd want to drop missions? theres so little content in this game to begin with.'
then i realized: 'i could start dropping those silly hunt # skulls/vahz/clockwork/rikti/etc missions. and get back to doing real content without having to zone 5 times in CoH. '

Thugs have no resistances on their own, and only gain some small measure of defense from being in close range to the Enforcers. with the current AI (small children high on Pixie sticks) 20 feet is too short a distance for such a group.
the Thugs run all over the place for no reason (not even getting into melee range ... just running loose)
nevermind me trying to keep them in Supremacy range. -
I had my Arsonist give me a Scourge damage report today.
might just be a random bug but i had a friend lackey me up to 39 to see what the 3rd pet would look like and while i had him chasing mooks and capo's around in north Port Oakes (Villa montrose i think) i had one of his attacks report a scourge.
again it might just be an isolated incident as i'm pretty certain the dev's don't want masterminds running around with Scourge on thier pets. -

y'know if they're gonna introduce Bodyguard as a whole new feature they really outta add a button for it in the advanced controls.
everyone shouldn't have to read the mm forums daily in order to use their character properly.
mind you i think there outta be a lot more than the few buttons in there anyhow. -

just as i thought, the Empty clips (first available at level 8) animation is several shots in rapid succesion for a very quick 5 hit DoT.

while i do love a meaty gunshot, you do have to consider the possible scenario of such a sound effect un multiples and in unison with others of its type.
ie: a single shot might sound a bit weak. the same shot fired of by 8 different sources (2 thug masterminds with 3 henchmen each) shooting in rapid succesion could be a bit much. -
just found an unlockable contact outside one of my missions butcrashed before i could get the coordinates.
TV: appears to need an infamy badge worth roughly 20 mil.

i only noticed because there was a longbow agent, freak tank, carnie mistress, arachnos boss, all huddled around it watching static intently
due south (maybe a lil west) of wiggly (or whatever his name is) by about 500yards to .6 miles i think

Y'know, at first I thought it was kinda sickening the way people are falling all over themselves with joy over this. After all, none of these are really that big of a deal. Yeah, the AV one is great for soloers, but getting AV teams was never really that tough. GOOD AV teams? A bit tougher, I admit, but hardly impossible.

But then it occurred to me that maybe this just shows how starved for something positive the players of this game really are. These reactions are not unlike giving food to a starving man, or water to someone that has just walked across a desert. Maybe you should take this as a sign to give some positive changes to this community rather than nerf on top of nerf.

these things are nice ideas.
BUT
I'd rather see a large scale bug hunt.
lately it seems "known issue" = couldn't give a flying [censored].
running melee missing bug.
tanks dont feel tanky anymore.
most of the hero inheirants feel too tacked on while the villian AT's were built around their inheirants.
Force Fields still garbage.
Passive powers still mostly useless.
Inspirations vastly superior to entire power sets.
these are things just off the top of my head. I'm sure there is plenty of other issues that need to be addressed.
