War Witch's request for us to give her a fresh list of base improvement suggestions is merely a trick. Its a way to put us off for a while, while they continue to do nothing to improve bases, period.
Just come accept that they will not do anything to fix/improve bases. Its not a fun thought, but its true (if they did have ANY desire to fix bases, it WOULDNT have gone for 4.5 years with nothing done AT ALL).

I was always told things by the devs like, "send me a pm" or... "start a thread on the forums"
I soon came to realize that's something they tell you to pacify you into file 13.
Or at least... that seems to have been the case so far.
Edit: I sort of apologize if I am coming off a bit rude. I'm weary of the dev/base runaround. -

I guess its a matter of perception of random.
When I was mentioning friends in the great purple hunt, that's one thing we were doing, testing different sets of circumstances, night after night we would stay up and crunch numbers, purps would drop here and there, some different, some the same. every time we thought we found some pattern or situation that might provoke a drop- something would happen that would blow that out of the water. Every time. These friends were number crunchers some by trade.
To me, that's pretty random. And these are ultra rares- keep that in mind. it makes a picky generator even MORE picky to the point of being downright HATEFUL.

I've been running my missions, been running my 50's and the purple drop rate seems to be the same as it has always been,
I still receive purple drops no matter if its from a farm, a street kill, a paper, a radio or a hero tip, they all have dropped and still are dropping.
I don't really know what else to contribute other than that and a hearty good luck to you all.
Edit: I never have had a problem getting the purples I need. I have either sold the ones I don't need, or traded with friends. it helps to have a network of friends that hunt for purps, makes it easier to trade so you can get what you want. Notice I said Friends... mainly because friends don't try to gouge each other when it comes to helping each other slot a build. Take that as you will. -

Why does nc think that sending me multiple emails about GR, the party pack, and all the whatever is going to help sales?
I have all that stuff already.
Shouldn't they be emailing, oh, I dunno maybe people that don't play the game?
It just seems kind of... eh...words and stuff. -
my only beef with inherent stamina is we don't have it yet.
As I go through Praetoria- fighting all those higher levels with their holds, and sleeps, and ...Damnage.... I'm looking at this lvl 20 +recovery enh I can't slot. I'm looking at what used to be a bar of blue, which pretty much stays empty. I curse this with all my carrot enthused might.
Sure is a beautiful zone though. -

Which is probably making the situation WORSE because the arguements about the pack are still going on.
It does look like Marketting has suddenly stepped up into a massive position of control, the lack of response on the pack AND the recent Culture forum changes all smack of marketting going about their dubious ways.
Prehaps Obsidius is right, we've caused this, we complained that marketting did bugger all and now marketting seems to be the one incharge, atleast a lot less subtle than they were before.
A while back when I jokingly stated that "marketing should be fired" I wasn't joking.

I would love to be able to select multiple objects, and save/load as personal base detail.
I would like to mail those objects to my alts, friends.
-theme suggestions-
Apartments: Low cost objects to make walls, floors, ceilings, <mazes> stairwells, staircases, Z axis tool and multi axis tool preferred
Discotheque: objects you would find in a bar- bar stools, arcade games, poker machines, pool tables, karaoke equipment, stages etc..
Mall: Fountains with water, sculptures with water falls, ice sculptures, curtain sculptures, many different kind of flags, movie theater screens,movie theater projectors <spotlight> movie theater posters, <does Paragon have a Hollywood?> various vendors of enh and tailor.
Better storage. -that's a big one for all the obvious reasons. -
