Just read the news. I just started a subscription up again too. Guess thats gone now Wow.

It feels weird that CoH won't be around anymore. I had a paid sub from launch day (i was second wave beta) until April of this year then spend some months away. Feels like a part of me just died a little. I've kept all of my screenshots and everything over the years... memories of events, friends, super groups, etc. It really wont be forgotten.

I'll keep trying. It keeps crashing on me (over 15 times in a row so far), but if at first you don't succeed... I just hope this isn't going to be considered an official Paragon Studios fix lol

My week old MacBook Pro came with Lion but I upgraded to Mountain Lion to fast. I have to say, I REALLY don't want to wipe the thing back to Lion and reinstall what I've already put on. I just reactivated to VIP this morning after 6 years 7 months of subscription (I was away since last April) and I would really like to start playing.

Give us Mac users some love please!

Ebon Eye on the Warshades.

It would be great to have the eyebeams not look so... bad. If they looked more like the peacebringer eyebeams (aka easier to see) and perhaps look more like the power bolt ranged attacks the warshade has otherwise, then it would be awesome. I actually respeced out Ebon Eye because it looks too transparent and not nice to look at.

I tried ninja run on one of my toons with Swift and Hurdle... and geez its FAST. Swift, Hurdle, Sprint, and then Ninja Run all at the same time was damn near close to base super speed if not the same. I had a hoot just running and jumping all over Kings Row with him

I would say for me so far, the one I've had the most fun with has been by @Yumii (I think thats the global) and it was called, if I remember correctly, Super NinjaCat Turbo Team. Silly name, but it was a really well done story arc with each mission being quite enjoyable. Alot of thought went into it from what I can tell, and it shows. The NPC hero dialogue is quite humorous too

I decided that instead of waiting and waiting and waiting for it to arrive in stores in good ole Red Deer Alberta... I went to the GameStop website and ordered it there. Sure, with the international shipping it was $35.00 total, I don't mind. I'm sitll $5.00 ahead of the game since the GvE was $40.00 back when it came out.

With the free month included, and me normally paying $15.00 a month anyways, I figure I break even on the shipping and end up paying the $20.00 for the game when its all said and done. I'll just be glad when it arrives

What about us folks up here in Canada? I can't see the AE on amazon.ca, and the GvE edition was 4 months late getting to us here in the great white north. I'd love to purchase the actual disc version instead of just the booster pack, but I need to know if Canada is going to be carrying it right away or if I can purchase it for delivery from a Canadian outlet.

No offense to anyone who works at Walmart, but the local walmart workers here are seriously lacking in the intelligence department. I asked the head electronics department guy if they carried the game in stock yet, and he looked at me with a blank stare and said that board games are over in toys.

I'm a Fire/Thermal Rad corrupter and I love fireball... however, it misses WAY more than it hits and I'm running 15++ Trainers (because DO's are pricey and infamy doesnt exactly flow into the bank account, lets be honest). As a result, when using it on enemies even with Aim activated, the bloody thing misses at least half the time or more. Has anybody else noticed this? Not to mention the endurance cost to use it is near ungodly, but for now I'm more concerned about accuracy. Yeah its a great AoE... when it hits. Has any dev taken a look at it or mentioned anything about it at all?

I'm only a level 30 MA/SR scrapper so I haven't gotten Elude yet... good for me I suppose because I don't know what it was like before. However the one thing I am concerned about (and I hope the devs look at) is the endurance drain problem. When I have Focused Fighting and Focused Senses toggled on, my endurance drains so quickly that I can't fight 3 even level minions without having to pop a blue candy. I have stamina 5 slotted with 30++ SO's in it and it barely seems to quell the drain hole my endurance seems to go through. I'd rather have the endurance issue looked at instead of perma-elude.

See, heres what I don't understand. How can a super hero "lose" thier super powers? I can understand if its like a technology hero who lost thier power gaultlets or something, but a mutant or natural, etc? I suppose they had to do something about that otherwise it might be The Surviving 20 or whatever, what with so many heroes that did survive

Look, all I know is that I can't play my human form because he's such a fragile egg-shell that he can't stand up in a fight for more than 2 minutes tops. By that time hes half health (sometimes) and virtually no endurance left. The human form has some majorly cool powers and I can see thier potential, but we shouldn't have to wait for the next 4 issues to come out before they're fixed. As it is right now my tank form is my primary means of doing missions and such, and if the hit points are reduced in that form? Thats just stupid. Keep the tank form as it is. Its fine. Its not broken. Leave it alone. You can only patch a tire so often before it goes flat for good and I'm starting to get the feeling thats whats going to happen with these Kheldians. I love play my Khel, but I want to play my human form more than 2 minutes at a time.

Well I do hope that they are wrong, and that by you saying this Stateman that CoV will be coming out sooner, but I just checked it with my local Electronic Boutique outlet, and they say that CoV is in their computer with a release date of late Aug 2005

Ok, you saw Statesman say that they haven't set any date at all for CoV right? If they haven't set a date what makes anybody think that Electronics Boutique all of a sudden has some psychic insight into the future regarding the game expansion? I mean, really

I've had and employee from EB tell me that Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines wasn't coming out for another month... until I pointed out the 4 copies on his shelf. I really wouldn't believe what date a person says until the dev's tell us.
