You (or your neighbor) will have to buy an NA or EU version of the game. If you've both already bought the game (which it sounds like you have) one of you will need to buy it again.

I've made a lot of friends in game and have been lucky enough to meet quite a few of them in person. I used to have a monthly lunch with some of the local players in Austin, but my new job took me to the other part of town and I can't make it to lunches anymore. I've traveled to different states and even to Canada to meet other players or attend events and it's been a lot of fun.
The game hasn't made me more or less social, but it's given me an opportunity to make friends from all over and get to know some exceptional people I wouldn't have run into otherwise.
That whole stereotype of gamers living in mom's basement and never interacting with people outside of the computer based environment has got to go. -

Could I get a little guidance here please? I don't have any problems on other forums I post at that allow images to be placed in the post.
As with anything, your treasure always has a chance to be someone else's trash and in this case the person let you know. I got negative feedback because I didn't agree that Thr Princess Bride was the best movie ever. Don't take it personally, but do be considerate of file sizes and how much room you take up on a page to limit the fuss. -

I'm hoping the lifting of level restrictions will be a precursor to this. If Going Rogue brings new life to CoV in general, it would be nice to have more zones there. I'd love to see more Task/Strike Forces, especially on the villain side where there are a lot of content gaps in terms of Strike Forces and the levels they cover. -

And there are quite a few people out there who's idea of a game is to gain more levels. (Which is a totally valid philosophy, I think.) While they can always create alts to do that with, some want to progress with their 50's and some are just tired of the content that gets you from 1-50.
Personally, I'd rather see more content spread out among all the levels more than I'd like to see more levels added. -

I'd drop some of the details and go a little simpler. -
Justice is swaps places with Infinity frequently for the third/fourth most populated server spot, so it's a pretty good place to start a hero. If you're playing a villain, you may have better luck on Freedom or Virtue, since more players also means more villains. DrClaw, if you're feeling lost in the game, there are some gret resources to help you out. Justice is a great server with generally helpful players, from what I've seen.
www.paragonwiki.com is a great site for all kinds of information about zones, contacts, enhancements, etc.
There is a server-wide Help channel you can use to ask questions while you're in the game. To chat in help, type "/help, <message>." I play on Justice and answer questions in help frequently.

Power customization or level caps? If power customization, I wouldn't be surprised if they'd both said it at some point. I believe the last time I saw it in writing it was from Positron. I don't remember if it was something he posted or something that came from an interview.
If level caps, I think both said that too, but I don't have a recollection of seeing it in writing the same way I do the other. I think it came up at Hero Con in one of the panels, (probably more, but I didn't attend all of them) and I remember it getting a no, but I don't remember if it was a "No, never, stop asking me that or I'll ban your account" or a more of a "No, we really have no plans for that at any point."

As for the rest, I don't believe they've released much in terms of offical stuff. You should check out the Development section, where most Dev commentary is posted. You can also check there for the many official Dev Twitter pages.
They've been issuing a lot of information about I16, so I expect that once that's settled, we'll hear a lot more about Going Rogue. I think we'll also see more info released into the general public once the initial Bruhaha over Blizz Con and the new WoW expansion start to calm down. I'm sure they didn't want any press releases to be immediately swept below the fold by all the WoW news. -

The links SpaceNut included in his posts are to the Paragon Wiki, which is one of the best player created/maintained resources available to anyone. I encourage you to check it out. I used to always keep that open in a browser window and alt+tab between the two. It's that handy. -
