Please help me get started and running - account problem

Hey guys (:
Maybe u can help me.. i'm new to the game , 2 days stright , and everytime i get a new difficulty i have to solve.
First it was black screen on startup only music - soled (install latest graphic card drivers)
Then i was saying in the log in screen that my password or user are incorrect. Now , finally , after i sent my billing info and card number i cannot get the server list of the non trial users.
am i stuck with that for 14 days?

I have 2 played account in the Game Account section. 1 is trial the other is paid.
Please find a solution for me.

There is no separate server list for non-trial users. Trials and live accounts are on the same servers.

If you are only seeing one server, the test server, then check your shortcut and remove the -test flag.

Ok my friend and i bought the game the same day (like 2 days ago) and he just started playing.
We live like 2 mins away. he has 4 servers (Defiant , Union and 2 more)
i have about 16. non of them is Defiant or Union. I know that we must log to the same server in order to play 2gether.

Does this make any sence?

Yep. He has the European version and you have the North American version.

Because i wont play without the thrill of killing my neighbour time after time.. or kill monsters together and what not

Your friend has the EU servers and you have the NA servers. Its easy enough to fix, have your friend download the NA client or you could download the EU client. If you go to http://www.cityofheroes.com/account/...of_heroes.html you can download the NA or EU client. Just make sure you both are using the same one.

It's not quite this easy.

You (or your neighbor) will have to buy an NA or EU version of the game. If you've both already bought the game (which it sounds like you have) one of you will need to buy it again.

I don't know if it needs to be purchased again. The OP should visit the CoH support site and enter a ticket there to see if it can be changed. This comes up frequently and that's what people were instructed to do; I don't know if they needed to buy a new version or not.

The only time I've ever heard of them resolving this kind of issue is if the person bought the code directly from the online store. Even then, that was a long time ago, and I've heard far more often that they can't help.
