I tell ya, these 'citizens' seem to put up a better fight than some of my 'heroes'!
As an aside, will Paragon city ever be safe enough to allow all the children outta hiding? Penny must be really lonely.
OP, I wouldn't mind having the NPC's interact with the enviroment more, though I don't really think it'd be a good idea to make shops unavailable due to enemy incursion. What would happen if you were standing in one of those shops staring at the enhancement screen? Not to mention the ones that go /AFK in stores. -

I cast my vote for either;
A. Restore it to the way it was
B. Give us a page that combines them so those that want to can still read them (without the tedious click on every post deal)
C. Remove it entirely.
I too, enjoyed signing on and seeing a new comment. Be it bad/good, Silly or profane. Now I won't know that I've even gotten anything, without searching out one of my posts and looking at the bubble. -
Just imagine the influx of subscribers we'd get if a movie was ever made.
I seriously doubt it'll ever see the light of day but you never know when it comes to Hollywood.
I can only imagine what Atlas would look like once the buzz machine started up for COH: The movie.
Not so sure it'd be a good thing either... -
I'd like to chime in and mention that
Fire/Ice was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had playing blasters.
Not to mention he was the fastest to 50 for me.
The firepower combined with Ice Patch and Shiver is amazing.
After 1 application of Shiver not even bosses could make it to me before going down! I actually prefer it to Power Push for mitigation.
Not to mention that with Ice Patch the previously situational Rain of Fire gets lots more use!
Personally, the only secondary I'd avoid on a fire blaster would be Devices.
My Fire/Ice is the only toon I've taken to 50 without melee attacks! Ice is that good at keeping them at bay. -
If I remember correctly its not on the crystal, talk to the warshade looking guy in the corner of Ouro.
Edit: Just checked the wiki, it looks like its a mission given out by Sunstorm to Kheldians. -
I generally use music to soothe my soul as well.
I often find I can only listen to certain types/genres of music when I'm in the right mood.
Heres a fairly new song that always puts a smile on my face, it's just feel good music with a nice techno beat.

Yeah, Crey getting away with everything they do has bothered me. You'd think Synapse of all Heroes would have a personal vendetta against them.
Still, I think it's a needed enemy group within the structure of the game. I'd just like a little more explanation on how they get away with it. Maybe some form of mind control on a massive level. Perhaps Crey comercials all have subliminal messages. -

I've got a Sgt. Elemental who was in charge of a platoon of soldiers during the 1st Rikti war, he was rebuilt bionic man style.
I've got a Sgt. Toxic who was with the PPD, before his 'accident'.
I kinda just used sargeant because I like the abbreviated look.
Now I'm kinda curious what the differences are between military ranks and police ranks. -
With the advent of issue 16 I decided to finally make my football hero.
His name is Bama Brawler
His powers are Elec/Elec tinted crimson and white
His bio states that he used to play for the Alabama Crimson Tide, until his mutation activated. After that he found Tuscaloosa to be to boring and, craving action, he moved to Paragon to fight the good fight.
He was a running back. -
I'll admit that I occasionaly forget that Defiance was changed. I'll be dipping in the red and think here comes that boost....
Oh wait, nevermind.
Not that it was ever useful, the new defiance (can we still call it new?) is far superior! -

Finally got to complete a banner event this afternoon.
Tried around 2am in Talos but 1 team of 6, mainly tanks, wasn't even able to make the banners vulnerable.
This afternoon however, we had no trouble. Started off the same, I'm the only one standing at the green banner, doing my best (on a level 22 blaster) Managed to kill 3 Lts and a handful of minions before hitting the nearby hosp.
Rinse and repeat.
After the 3rd death I started thinking, here we go again. I can't do this alone...
When I got close to the banner again I saw I wasn't. Another team had swarmed it.
They became vulnerable shortly there after and we all set out to work left to right.
I must say, it was a blast. Hopping from one banner to the next. Flying overhead with heroes superspeeding below me, one teleporting just infront of me, then vanishing.
Gave a real feeling of.... urgency. Like we were really saving the world.
The Aspect(jurrasic in this case) folded like a wet noodle though. I had time to BU and go through one chain before the reward screen popped up!

Ah, that makes sense, I have been ToTing with him pretty much exclusive. Just made me pause when I saw it and realized I was still getting new costumes awarded.

Been playing for years but have yet to encounter a single signature/Dev character in game. Must have been a 'Whoa! Holy Moly!' moment, and thats the best kind. -
Something odd just happened.
I was playing my level 22 Rad/Fire blaster, ToTing away, when I saw the badge earned message.
I got Ostentatious!
But wait a sec....
I only have 27 costumes so far on this guy, he was made less than a month ago so it can't be carry over from last year.
Are the costume badges awarded account wide or is this a bug?
If it is a bug should I bother to bug it or would that just clog up the system? -
