    I'm almost surprised it hasn't happened yet.

    As far as the "cooldown" goes there's really no reason why it couldn't be once every 5 minutes.
    The 63 month Vet Power Reveal only has a 5 minute cooldown.
    This tailor power could work the same way.

    Try fighting some grays with a Nin/x, the animations are incredible and if you make a very decent looking toon it can look REALLY good.

    Again, this would be an Option (It is in the title to the name). A lot of other starting powers have customization as well so this wouldn't be too hard to implement.

    1. It would be OPTIONAL Customization not required so if you didn't like it fine.

    2. Why NOT have your characters actually be seen by yourself and others?

    To have a game massively based on character appearance, and have an entire class based on an ability that makes them so they could not be seen seems hypocritical to the target market to say the least.
  8. I think having the option to chose your skin type is a great idea. First having muscular type is fine, but this could also lead to other skin types such as reptile, zombie, or tiger stripes, allowing for better inhuman toons.

  9. FYI I made a stalker stealth power customization suggestion so that our teams, friendlies, and the user can see our toons while in stealth if we want to. Please show some support.

  12. I have made a few really good looking stalkers in the stalker theme, but something keeps bugging me. Most of the time myself and other players can not see my wonderfully looking toon because of the stealth I ALWAYS have on. I wouldn't mind turning it off every once and a while to let others see me, but it takes exceptionally long to re-start the stalk stealth.

    Not wanting to change the balance of the game, and considering character appearance is a very important part of the game, I suggest this simple customization option to the power (edit: Not a permanent change). For friendlies and team mates, have a minimum FX option for stealth allowing you and others to see your toon.

    Edit: As stated this is asking more for a No Fade or Pulse Option not a Min-FX. So please keep that correction in mind.

    If they made it look more like that, I would be more happy with it. At-least your not throwing a piece of your body as something ever 3-5 seconds.

    Unfortunately, there really isn't anything that can be done about it, since changing the animation of a power can't change was it DOES. A ranged attack is a ranged attack, period. Making Focus or Shockwave into a melee attack would effect the balance of the set. And honestly, there were so many other melee sets that could have gotten a ranged attack (Energy could fire a burst of energy as easily as Claws, and a weapon could be thrown) and yet the devs seemed to be inconsistent about whether they felt that a Melee set should include a ranged attack or not. Claws almost seemed like trying to add a ranged attack where there DIDN'T need to be one.
    I would not be surprised if they did it to get past copy right laws with Wolverine. They original set weapon looks identical to Wolverine's claws, so again, maybe this was just a legal precaution.

    I agree that the claw set having ranged attacks seems crazy. I also agree that this is not going to change. The alternate animations I was thinking of was an open hand no-claws animation supported with new gloves that were more like Mako's claws for those who don't want to be a wolverine rip, but more like a were wolf, or one of the claw tanks freakshow bosses.

    I just feel that there should be something extra they should get graphically speaking if nothing else.

    Well your expression discuss really supports your argument well...

    So you get 3 slots, and can get your alpha slot eventually. Yes I am glad we have something more we can do with our characters. This is great.

    All I am trying to purpose that we replace the level 50 Epic Archetypes that got knocked down to 20 with some bit of graphics, maybe a power, to go with what ever transportation power we have.

    I get you don't like the idea, that is fine, but your attempt at saying your getting more for nothing is a very crafty put straw man argument.

    I am clearly saying that I don't think we are getting enough for hitting 50. Sorry I am a little disappointed. The approx. 3 second flashy animation at the point of leveling just does not linger around for... well much more than 3 seconds. (see I can straw man too, some what)

    A little something to be able to show off that you are now level 50 past being in a team using a wide verity of powers does nothing for the toon's impression in passing by in a zone.

    Personally, my favorite would be the effects of this epic power booster on flying. You are at the market with you level 10-20 toon and you here this buzzing behind you, as you look you look to see the toon suddenly and quietly move to the distance flying, already gone with the wind warping around him like he is in a air tunnel with it forming rings in his wake, you hear a boom. (Grant-it this probably isn't possible, but it would be ideal)

    Basically I want something so that level 50s can show they are that level in passing. Maybe that is asking too much, but I thought I would ask. Maybe this can be added to when they unlock all of their incarnate slots. I want our epic toons to stand out as being epic.

With s/HO's, you can be creative to maximize slotting. Now with Incarnate slotting, just what is the need for these extra slots? "Just because" gets old.
    Good points. As to the other comment, no I am not talking about adding a series of new powers, just one.

    Well if things are capped out, then maybe we could exspand the powers in different ways.

    Give teleport the option to teleport up to the 2nd neighboring zone directly from where they are.

    Give Super Speed a much higher jump height

    Super Jump a faster jump

    Flight, IDK maybe teleport to the 1st neighboring zone?

    As to the incarnate system. Yeah getting this is nice, but in some way this just seems like more leveling. Perhaps all I want is something little and symbolic.
  20. I was thinking about how we now have 4 new powers that we all get for free, and the meager 3 last slots seems a little... lacking.

    I got ideas, one of which I think might be new to share with you.

    1. Speed Booster! Have an innate power granted to where your movement speed is upped temporarily and for a very short time, by a LOT! No matter the type of movement being used they all of a sudden move at epic speeds for a short boost. I got this idea from watching Iron Man and various anime where a show of power is commonly a sudden nitro-like speed boost. So what better symboligy for reaching a higher level of heroism than this. We could add effects that are left behind in your wake. Concrete of the city grounds crumbled and piled to the sides; water splashed up and waving away; air seeming to wave out in a similar fashion; teleporting would have a lingering large burst of energy accompanied with a phantom image; or a series of energy types leaving a trail of your path. unlike the current supper run auras, these would linger just a bit more. I know this might be a bit taxing on the system, so having this be a very long recharge would probably be a necessity, once every 5 hours suggested.

    2. (the most common) Up the slots granted to 5 or 6 rather than 3.

  23. This would be a great power customization. We could have both, single, left, right, and under arm customization. Personally I would LOVE to have a single under arm cannon customization for all of the ranged attack power sets, including the AR.
