Sorry, I responded with my first reply after reading someone else mention issue 20. IE: the OP -

I'm asking legitimate questions.
I wonder which dev would be the best person to forward this to?
More often than not, the players (IE: Us) answer things before the devs/red names.
Also, that suggestions forum? It's kinda like the devs way of sweeping dust under the rug. Give you a place to put stuff and assume they'll look at it. -

Can you post it without the broken link? And maybe even the data chunk? I'm too lazy to input it all by hand
-
I wouldn't run FU + Evis + Spin on a single target though.
Recharge helps quite a bit as far as getting the max DPS chain for WP. I took hasten on mine, as CJ, Weave, IW and HS allows 4 LotG's in it. Ragnaroks in Dark Obliteration.
of course thats all once you get into the IOs and high end content though. One thing to note is there's more than one way to build every toon, and quite a few of us love our claws, yet build them different. All depends on what you're planning on doing. -
I think people got on the trapdoor bus when I used the supposed "Hard to beat without dumbing it down to -1 and getting a team and tons of reds and purps" as an example as what a KM/Invul can do.
My fault. Didn't mean to get this thread derailed from the OP :-/
edit:
-
-
Needing to take 2 powers before even touching the AoE in the blaze epic vs taking both AoE in Mu? I'd say Mu is better for that reason alone in some regard.
-
Aye. The build I posted for ya in the other thread is for a leveled build, not a leveling up/exemping build. If you're using that, you might be looking rough.
Post your build you're using now if you can. -
6 minutes. My bad. Not near quick enough to say "All the time".
-
Your brute won't hit 100% unless you use the villain temp power, and that's
1) only once every 20 minutes
2) assuming you're fully saturated in aggro? about 86% total.
But yea, fury isnt broken, to keep the argument going with the OP -
with the invent of IO's, Invul > Stone armor.
Invul has it's groove back. I'd take an Invul on a MoRSF run over a stone since I don't want to have 2 toons just to have one. (Kinetics and a Stone, vs JUST and Invul) -
4 Kinetic Combats + 1 Nuc HO (or a franken IO) makes for a nice set of stats.
using the KB proc of it is a cheap idea, and I've done it for a filler at one point for when the triple wasnt available, but if you play a toon whose primary has knockdown to it, you'll knock them back when they both check off.
Most builds (cept my KM) I only manage to fit 5 slots into it. KM is the only one I found for 6, and I proc'd the 6th slot after the above slotting idea.
they're expensive, but worth it. I love my claws/WP. Sitting at 45% defense (note: using the 3% PvE IO and the 3% PvP IO.) and it's a friggin monster. -
and btw - I solo'd the "unsolable" trap door (zOMG!) when I got fully slotted out. For all the KM doomsayers and the Trapdoor "have-nots", I guess the build and combo is pretty friggin epic
-
at 31, you'll be on SO's or Generics anyway. at 33 you can put some Kinetic Combats into it for more S/L defense. 38 you can slot lvl 40 reactives for MORE defense, and should be in the high 30's or so with lil to few baddies in your aura.
People are ignorant on KM and some even ignorant on Invul. I am fully spec'd into the build I posted for you, and while it isnt as bad *** as my WP is, it's still pretty sweet. Don't give up on it. -
Defense.
Soft capped WP is a steamroller. On steroids.Using jet fuel. (don't ask how it's possible. Just know that it is.) -
I have a lvl 50 Panacea +hp+end.
Needing a set of 5 of the Hecatomb's. Don't care if you have the proc or not with them.
It's a far cry, but you never know who wants the proc, but doesnt have the 2B-3B to spend on it, and has a set of Heca's in their base. I could drop the 400M a piece but trade for trade seems less hassle.
I'll give it a few days before I just buy the pieces and sell the drop. (no, don't offer to BUY the piece from me just yet. lol. Looking for the trade for the time being.)
Proc is crafted. Send PM or global me @Lyger Zero
Thanks -
I'm sure a lot of us billionaires would back up Fulmens word being his bond.
-
No shockwave or Evis in my build. Soft capped Claws/WP brute. straight single DPS/tank build (but yes, I have AND use, spin)
late game? Lethal resists or not, nothing is surviving the blender that is - CLAWS -
Also note:
I can take fly without need of Hover due to my badges. If you don't HAVE the city traveler badge, take CJ where fly is at, and SJ where CJ is at.
or Hover THEN fly but CJ adds more mobility and non-annoying defense buff, unlike hover where you float in the air and have to toggle of to move ANYWHERE. lol -
This is my finished build. Boasts soft capped S/L with one in invince. My Fire/Invul was built right around the same way and he was a BEAST of a toon. This should be a bit more fun.
Flavor to your liking.
Note: My Fire/Invul had perma DP. This doesnt. Shouldn't be a big deal but I'm sure it can be tweaked.

The best advantage of FA? You'll beat ANYONE in a footrace to see who can bottom out their blue bar first
