Claws/WP recharge question

So I am TOTALY loving this Claws/WP. It is pretty insane the slicing and dicing I am doing right now. EB's are a joke!

I was wondering, I just hit 23 and would like just a bit more recharge (mostly for spin). So should I just drop a recharge on certain things I want up quicker, or go ahead and get Hasten for everything? At higher levels can I spare the slot in things (like spin)?

If you're planning on delving into IOs on that character you won't need Hasten at all. Willpower has ONE power that recharge even affects, and if you need that one back faster you have bigger problems than recharge (it's the rez)

I've found that with just IOs slotted, giving me about 53% global recharge bonuses, I can run a chain of Follow Up, Eviscerate, Spin, Repeat. (this is with a Claws/Regen scrapper though, so you might need a little more recharge for a brute)

In the meantime, go ahead and slot a recharge or two into Spin.

All up to you on how much recharge you want. Claws can be quite impressive with high recharge. As far as slotting goes, you should be able to fully slot 6 attacks minimum even if you take tough and weave. Even more if you 5 slot some or dont go nuts and put in 6 slots in Fast Healing like I normally do. So yea you will eventually have plenty of room for slotting out your attacks.

Most brutes tend to slot accuracy first, then end reduction and recharge (the order is debateable), and then slowly add damage as fury takes care of the +damage in the lower levels.

Me personally, I would skip hasten and slot some global recharge. Quite easy to do with WP. Also since both claws and wp are pretty easy on the blue bar I would consider going with spiritual for your alpha slot for even more recharge.

I wouldn't run FU + Evis + Spin on a single target though.

Recharge helps quite a bit as far as getting the max DPS chain for WP. I took hasten on mine, as CJ, Weave, IW and HS allows 4 LotG's in it. Ragnaroks in Dark Obliteration.

of course thats all once you get into the IOs and high end content though. One thing to note is there's more than one way to build every toon, and quite a few of us love our claws, yet build them different. All depends on what you're planning on doing.
